New and bright 18 m2 studio located in the heart of Talence, a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, the cinema and Peixotto Park. Bordeaux's historic center is accessible in 15 minutes by tram. The university campus is also nearby. The studio is adjacent to our house, you can park your car in a private parking space in front of the studio.

The accommodation is an outbuilding of the magnificent Pierre house: it is a large, typical house, in white stone, with swimming pool, and magnificent fragrant jasmine. The dependency is very clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The equipment is of quality, especially the bedding and the bathroom. Pierre is effective and gentle in communication: you feel at home for the weekend.

It was our favorite, it proved us right. The cottage was impressive for its cleanliness, excellent decoration, all well arranged. We thought we were in the country with a small house at the bottom of the garden with deckchairs. Elodie is a friendly, responsive host who was able to assist us during our stay. Recommended without a second thought.

I stayed there for six months. The place had all the necessary equipment to live comfortably for such a long period of time. It is situated in a strategical position, near the center of Pessac and the university. You just need to walk a little, or move around by bike. In 40 minutes you can easily reach the center of Bordeaux using the widely available public transportation. The hosts were lovely and very receptive. Nothing else to say, I was indeed satisfied.
