Premier bnb!! Trees and garden setting. Pool.

Spacious, comfortable rooms, more homely than flash. Own entrance, private garden setting, fenced pool and deck. TV, fan and air con. Separate sitting room with sofa bed. Plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchenette is very small but functional, with fridge, toaster, microwave, rice cooker and electric fry pan (no cooker). It's a short walk to the supermarket at Pt Chev shopping centre , and an easy walk to the Zoo, Motat and Western Springs Park. Not far to lovely little Pt Chev beach.

The Big House

The Big House is an original farmhouse in the hills overlooking the Clevedon valley. it was built in the 80’s. A sturdy brick home with the bricks originally from the Newmarket railroad crossroads. The kitchen is still the original french country style with a butchers block and a lovely sunny aspect. A very spacious living room with another dining table and open fire is a great chill zone. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds and pull out additions when the numbers are over eight.

Welcome to our family bach :) Like a lot of NZ beach Bach’s it comes with minimal features, that’s why we love it! No TV, no wifi, a chance to hang out and reconnect with whānau and friends. Bring the board games, books, beach gear and good banter! There is phone reception but not the greatest signal so if you are wanting to chill out with a movie please download on your own device and bring with you otherwise sit back and enjoy the sounds of the Wild West coast.
