Lovely family home, plenty of space and presented clean and tidy. Also has a beautiful outlook.

Our group of 7 stayed 5 nights. The pictures are accurate, the house is beautiful, we did not want to leave. It was very clean with no personal clutter which I love. Spectacular views of Rangitoto and a very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of room for 2 families to spread out and you can have privacy when needed. There is so much house here and I don't think we used all the rooms, so lots of space. Big bedrooms with big beds. The pool was really nice but we didn't use due to the weather but the fire was very cosy Furnishings are new and beautiful, bed are comfy and huge, loved the quality linen. Lots of cutlery, cups, plates etc Mandy was very easy to communicate with and was very generous to us with snacks and drinks to welcome us, she also allow us an early check in which was so helpful I would definitely re book in a heart beat 10/10 Spectacular Home

A beautiful view from every room and a heated pool was great in winter! I had a birthday party here and all my guests enjoyed their stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Jo’s place. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Jo was an amazing host—super accommodating and always quick to communicate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Auckland. Highly recommend!

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Great weekend escape with pool and indoor outdoor flow to enjoy the sunshine and chill space later with the easy outdoor gas fire. Modern kitchen made for easy self catering but also close and walkable to great restaurants and coffee spots. Having an ensuite for each bedroom always a win. Comfortable and ample space for all.

A stunning property right on the waterfront with amazing views and direct access to the water. Francesca was very responsive, quickly responding to a couple of minor requests and was very easy to deal with, arranging a cot and kindly left us welcome treats. A perfect getaway on the beachfront. Thanks again for having us!

Very clean and tidy modern house and interior. Large wooden floored combined kitchen/ lounge/ living area. Great location at the beachfront with views out over the water with sunrise straight out the lounge window. The two and a half bathrooms was a bonus for our larger group. Well fenced with large lawn out the back.

A beautiful place and area. Lots of room, spotless and wonderful, helpful hosts! Best place we have stayed in. We loved the area and the place so much we extended our stay. Paul and his wife came to visit to give us suggestions on places to go etc… So helpful. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

A wonderful little historic cottage tucked in Stanley Bay surrounded by lovely trees and birds singing. The place is furnished to a high standard with quality linens and kitchen amenities which made it feel so much more comfortable and welcoming. Helen was beyond amazing, she helped us make sure the place was extra clean and free of allergens for our little one. She was quick to respond and nothing was a bother. We would gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

Clear instructions given by the host. House is as per described, clean, tidy and beautiful! Neighbourhood was good too despite near each other. Appreciate the free-parking too! Wld love to come back!! Tnk uu! ☺️

We enjoyed our stay - the location was good (close to motorway and Albany shops), and the neighbourhood is quiet. The place was modern, clean, spacious, and warm - we couldn't ask for more!

We really enjoyed our stay . Location felt really private and away from main roads . Location was great only two stops on the bus from the wharf . Having the car available was amazing , made travel around the island so easy .

Pam is an amazing host and her place is spectacular. The house is immaculate with everything you need and very comfortable beds. The location is outstanding, and I loved hearing the waves, being so close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. I can’t wait to stay here again.

A very nice accommodation to stay at. We needed a place for 5 people in Devonport for a wedding and we were not disappointed with choosing Ji's place. When we had a question Ji was very accommodating and helped out immediately. The place has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, plus extras such as ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. Would very much recommend. A+++
