Holiday rentals with beach access in Takapuna

We had an awesome time at the Beachside Bliss. Everything was just WOW. Ian made us feel right at home. The layout of the place is so kids friendly and safe. Loved the peace and quiet and a very clean beach. We are sure to come back soon. 101% recommended! Thank you Ian for sharing your lovely home and space with us🙏

Really enjoyed staying here! The place was super clean and spacious and within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and town area! It was pretty private despite being so close to a lot of restaurants and nice coffee places. Although it was a bit difficult to find the keys and get access to the car park at first, Simon gave ample instructions to check into the apartment. Will stay here again when I come back to Auckland!

We really enjoy our stay at this lovely apartment. Great size for family of 4 (2 adults+2 kids). The seaview from the apartment is awesome. Rozelle is very friendly to communicate and she gets everything well prepared. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

Great location, quiet street 5 minutes stroll to Jervois Road

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

We truly love Cannelle’s place — we initially thought it was just another apartment, but upon checking in, you can’t help but notice how the space and amenities were thoughtfully set up and prepared. It was extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean, super spacious for 2 and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were super comfortable that we had a really restful sleep. And the living room space was perfect for lounging and chilling! The listing is conveniently located — a short drive from CBD and it is super private as well. There’s really nothing to complain about and is easily one of our favorite listings. Cannelle was also welcoming and a friendly communicator. Would recommend that if you are driving, do consider parking briefly at an adjacent street to first do the check in so that you can get the parking remote to enter the private carpark. Really love this listing and definitely will return when we visit Auckland again!

Gorgeous place to stay. Everything was immaculately clean & well presented. Loved the extra touches of a welcome basket of nibbles & breakfast cereals,plus getting greeted with the most amazing cup of hot citrus tea.

That view! Amazing. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the view and go over to Tiritiri Matangi for the day. What an amazing place. Loads of space, everything we needed, and so many windows to enjoy the incredible view. Couldn't fault it. Mark was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great house as a base for us and our family. Very comfortable house, easy to walk to shops restaurants and beach. Morris and Daisy were very helpful and attentive hosts, providing toys for the children and even a monitor so our son in law could work while at the house

Shane was a great host! Very gracious and kind with our tricky check in requests. Excellent and prompt communication. The space was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds, clean, warm and perfectly located for what we needed. Great value for money and would highly recommend. Definitely would stay again! Thanks so much Shane 😊

I stayed here with my parents, young kids, and small dog and had an amazing, relaxing holiday. The location is truly unmatched on a super quiet street right on the beach, with a well kept spa pool always waiting for us after we’d taken a dip in the ocean. Our little one loved going out in the canoe on the shallow water, and there was plenty of space for all of us in terms of bed and bathrooms. The kitchen came fully stocked with essentials and we appreciated the inclusion of a stand steamer for use before a big event. The place was also very pet friendly with full fencing and a self closing gate. We had a lovely stay with Amy and would definitely stay here again.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Very clean and tidy modern house and interior. Large wooden floored combined kitchen/ lounge/ living area. Great location at the beachfront with views out over the water with sunrise straight out the lounge window. The two and a half bathrooms was a bonus for our larger group. Well fenced with large lawn out the back.

Awesome place, not often you find a home with a backyard like this one. My son loved running around, and had a great time in the spa. I appreciated the covered outdoor area, well suited for dining. The large living area was great for wheb my brother and his kids came by for dinner. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Lisa’s place. It is well equipped and so homely. It’s in a great location and the off street parking is so convenient. Lisa was a great host who was super responsive and friendly :) We would love to stay again and would whole heartedly recommend!

A beautiful place and area. Lots of room, spotless and wonderful, helpful hosts! Best place we have stayed in. We loved the area and the place so much we extended our stay. Paul and his wife came to visit to give us suggestions on places to go etc… So helpful. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Irene’s. It was great to be so close to the beach and there were lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. It’s a scenic 20 minute drive to Snow Planet is that is part of your holiday plans. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasure. Irene was so friendly, helpful and caring. We would definitely stay again.

The place was amazing just as advertised. Beautiful quiet setting, comfortable bed, pristine house with everything you need. Chloe was a wonderful host very responsive and adaptable with check in and check out times, loved the bottle of wine. Perfect setting for our first wedding anniversary. Thank you Chloe 💕

Pia’s place is incredible! Had a wonderful 10 days there. We really enjoyed the location on the beach, all the amenities in the hime and the beautiful sunrise views from the wall of windows. One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. Pia was amazing to work with - very responsive and attentive. Could not have asked for a better stay in New Zealand!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
