The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

Beautiful fully renovated house located in a private and secure residence. Parking is available inside the courtyard. It is located in Maubeuge, a town on the Belgian border, offering multiple activities such as the Vauban fortifications, the Avesnois Regional Nature Park, the zoo, Loisi-Sambre...
