Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

It has extensive lawns sweeping down to the waters edge and a private landing ideal for mooring your boat or fishing. This comfortable and stylish home has 3 good sized bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is ideally located with water views and you have access to your own private jetty.
