Cottage holiday rentals in Tahoma

Our best winter (Christmas trip) yet! My family & I have been spending Christmas week in Tahoe for years and this home is the first property that we want to come back to again! It is a mixture of the listing is a home and has all the comforts of an actual home. The location is amazing for skiing, dinning, shopping and still being walkable to "backcountry" trails. Lel is an amazing host and her heart to serve is what makes staying there that much better. She really took care of us for some of our winter adventures! As an Airbnb host myself, Lel's place (including her as a host) is the full package!

Great location walking distance from the slopes?

Loved our stay there! Not very many places allowed us to have all of our pups with us so we're very grateful that they were welcoming and accommodating. Their home was very clean and also included beds for the pups. Loved that there was a spacious yard for our pups to roam around in for potty breaks. Tom was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. Would definitely love to come back one day for another pup trip

We had a wonderful stay at Luisa’s beautiful cottage! The space truly feels like a little slice of paradise—peaceful, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Luisa was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our visit, which made everything easy and welcoming. It was so nice to lay out by the pool and enjoy the sunshine, surrounded by beautiful flowers and lush foliage. The natural light pouring into the cottage during the day is lovely, though it can make for an early wake-up if you’re sensitive to brightness. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.

This place was much bigger than we needed but it allowed pets and that was our main criteria so we could have a long weekend as a family. That said, the place was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and no surprises. Everything was clean but more importantly, everything was comfortable....the upstairs bed had me asleep in minutes. With so many places to sleep, we talked about inviting extended family back some time to skiing at Palisades and staying here... it would be PERFECT! Neighbors are also so very friendly and awesome. Caterina was checking in to make sure we were okay and very responsive to me. Money well spent for a much needed get away to the mountains!

What an amazing stay. Absolutely beautiful location and the house is brand new everything was sparkling. Perfect spot for a couple trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

A nice little cabin! We really enjoyed our stay here. We really liked that there was a brewery across the street, we could hear the live music while sitting outside and that was nice. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Very responsive and friendly host!

This little studio just off the main street in Markleeville is adorable. It's small but we only needed to sleep there so it was perfect. The backyard is beautifully maintained and overlooks a rushing river. It's quiet, clean, and really well decorated and maintained. Overall very pleasant stay!

Clean, and cozy in a compact footprint. Great location…close to bike path and walk across the street to the lake. Perfect for us with a couple exceptions…no A/C, which was advertised in the description, however the cabin faced the sun during the day and acted like a greenhouse during the day, some of the pillows were stinky, counter space in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were very limited. Great for our family of 4, would likely stay here again.

Beautiful and immaculate cottage in gorgeous surroundings. The management were responsive when I called when questions. The beach access was close and we basically had the whole beach to ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience all the way around. The location is great. Right on the bike trail and super close to the lake. Can ride bikes on the trail all the way to Meeks Bay if you want or into Tahoe city. The housekeeping team did a great job getting the unit ready for us. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Emily was available to help via phone late on a Friday afternoon and on a Saturday AM. I would highly recommend.

Great, cute and comfortable modern unit. Perfect size for our family of 4. Excellent and responsive communication with the company. They were able to convert one room’s king bed into 2 twins for our kids which we appreciated. A 10-15 min walk along a bike path to Homewood (if not carrying equipment). Location is right on the road so convenient spot to drive to many other destinations, but cottage was set back so was still quiet. Highly recommend!
