House holiday rentals in Tagum

Booked this place for our friends family of 11 who are coming from different part of the globe. The place is perfect for a big group accommodations especially for a family reunion. It is homey, clean and secure. Location is also a plus since it’s in a gated neighborhood. Most of all the host Florenda was very proactive and organized. The overall experience was such a breeze . Will surely recommend this place again.

First, thank you for the warm welcome. You're place is big and homey. Internet was also fast and reliable. The big TV in the sala was also good addition to the place. ACs were working all over the place. Thank you for letting us extend our stay for few hours. Its very near to Davao Intl Airport.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

We had a great stay In Cloie’s house. Cloie’s family was there when we arrived, and we got a warm welcome and presentation of the house. It was nice that there was drinking water and the basic stuff. The house and the location was great, and the pool In the subdivision was lovely. The kitchen was funktional with the basic kitchen equipment. The Internet was blazing fast - fibernet and 400 Mbit wifi - lovely! And TV with Netflix. Great experience and perfect for our little family.

If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

The place is perfect for a whole family or barkada stay. Spacious and almost everything there. With free and unlimited purified drinking water. Will certainly book again when our family returns to Davao City.

The tv is a bit outdated because we can’t watch Netflix on it. However, we loved our stay! The place is lovely and cozy. We highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay at when you’re in Tagum City.

Miss Anna's parents who are the primary hosts of the place are awesome hosts! They answered all our queries before arriving and they even picked us up at the airport. Their place was also clean and spacious for a group of 5. It was definitely a comfortable stay for all of us.

Adam was very responsive and accommodating for my family and I during our stay in Tagum. The home is very spacious with everything that we needed and the care taker was kind and friendly. The area is busy like any other city but not as busy as the main areas where the malls are. And with the home being enclosed with a wall and gate you get a sense of privacy. Tagum is a great center point for exploring the east side of Mindanao. You can take days trips to the south and visit Mati, or go up north and see the enchanted river. All under a tank of gas. I would stay at Adam’s place again.

The place is a great deal for the price. It’s in a quiet, gated subdivision with security at the entrance, so we felt really safe the whole time. The house is huge, and the parking space easily fits a pickup truck. It is a bit far from the city proper, but it wasn’t a big issue for us since we had our own vehicle. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but totally understandable since we were their first guests. Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

We enjoyed the place a lot ! It is really big and very comfortable. The location is also really good as it is close to main road and easily accessible. We would definitely if we have to stay in Samal again!
