Amazing stay! Very homey ang vibes, sobrang lamig ng aircon, completo lahat pati complimentary oatmeal, coffee and candies, also has a separate room for the kids. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely be coming back next time may brown out sa amin 😅

Our experience at the whole house in Camella Tagum was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing us with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—situated in a peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. The amenities provided in the house were impressive. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. We also loved the outdoor space❤️ Highly Recommended

There are many things I love in Rhojen's place. First, the location is accessible to public transportation. There is also a fresh market outside the subdivison so buying food to cook is easy. Second, the house is situated in a safe, guarded and relatively peaceful neighborhood. The place itself is gated which gives added security. Third, there is a covered garage. This is one of the main reasons why I chose this place. Fourth, it has almost all the essentials like airconditioned room, kitchen appliances (except for refrigerator) and cookware/utensils, basic ingredients for cooking and a comfy sofa. There were minor repairs needed in the bathroom but all else is good and functional. Last but not the least, the host and his wife are friendly and responsive. Eventhough we didn't meet personally, they were nice and warm in welcoming us into their home. Overall, this place is value for money given its affordability and features. It is definitely a home away from home. Thank you Sir Rhojen!

The place was amazing, very clean and had a good space for big families to hangout with. Mr. Bryan was very responsive, when we needed help for some things, he was very prompt and literally one text away. Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Very nice place.

The location is super convenient — just about 5 minutes from the airport! There's even a 7-Eleven right outside the village, which was really handy. The place is peaceful, quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials. Each room has its own aircon, and the space overall is very spacious and comfortable. The caretaker was kind and always just a message away. Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made everything smooth and stress-free. All in all, a great experience! Would definitely recommend. 🌟
