Thanks Tim for letting us stay in your condo! It was great, I was able to rest and recharge ready for the next day! Tim is an AMAZING host and quick to respond. Highly recommending his place if you’d like a spot in BGC that is close to bars, restaurants, convenience stores and almost everything! The customer service definitely makes the whole experience worth the trip!

I frequent Uptown BGC often and I must say that JMS' place is the perfect spot in the heart of it. As you look out the windows you'll have a direct view of the Uptown mall/Parade intersection. The room feels like home. Really comfy, cozy. I almost didn't want to write a review in hopes of keeping this spot a hidden gem. JMS is also very responsive and accommodating. This particular stay was one of the best I've experienced in BGC and I will definitely keep this listed as first pick when I need a place to stay in Uptown.

My family's stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The environment was incredibly quiet and serene, which allowed for truly restful nights and relaxed mornings. What truly impressed me was how easily accessible BGC and McKinley Hill were from here. A quick Grab ride had me right in the heart of the action. It felt like I had the best of both worlds: a tranquil home base and immediate proximity to everything I needed. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The host was also very responsive and helpful, making for a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful stay without sacrificing the convenience of being close to BGC and McKinley Hill.

The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city with plenty of good restaurants nearby, and malls just across the street, which made everything super convenient. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and with free parking included, it’s really great value for the price.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short distance from SLEC, the US Embassy, and Robinsons Mall, which made everything so easy and accessible. The place itself was spotless and beautifully decorated—very clean, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing. It felt like a home away from home. The co-host was amazing! Miss Maylene was extremely nice, very responsive, and quick to address any requests or minor issues we had. Everything was handled smoothly and promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Was a great staycation for the weekend. Just a relaxing 3 days. Location was perfect, everything is walkable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Host is very accommodating and responses very quickly after each message I sent to her. The building elevator can sometimes be overwhelmed by people causing a little delay on going up or down to your unit. Overall, I would stay here again if I were in the area.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

Julia’s place was beautiful! Her unit was so spacious and neat. She had board games and a karaoke! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed her place. Julia and her team were very accommodating as I had to cancel my first night of booking and they were very considerate. Thank you for this very beautiful home! I will definitely book her unit again!

This is my favorite AirBnB place that I've ever stayed. I lived in Metro Manila years ago before moving to the U.S., and I always choose to stay in BGC when I visit. The condo has excellent amenities in a secure building. Everything stated in the description is accurate. I just want to add that you get a stunning view of Taguig and access to so MANY restaurants and groceries. But the best is the building staff and Abyzz who are very friendly and considerate. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable and taken cared of. I will 100% stay again--hopefully at the same unit. Salamat, Abyzz.

My family and I stayed at Diane’s place for 2 nights, it was spacious and had enough room/beds for 6 of us. The place was very convenient to shops and restaurants which served the main purpose of our stay. Uptown Mall as well Mitsukoshi were both across the building. Diane was also a very responsive host, provided clear and easy instructions to follow. Overall, we had a great stay at Diane’s place and can recommend it to whoever wants to go to the BGC area. However, as this place is like a hotel/serviced apartment, there is a reception which you need to see upon check-in. The staff were not very helpful and not friendly. I asked for some assistance to which they were very curt in replying. The elevators were very hot and on one of the days of our stay, only 1 is working which meant a long wait and a crowded and stuffy elevator. Also, if you are a light-sleeper, you can hear the traffic noise from the rooms. Noise-cancelling headphones will help!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Andrew and his cohosts were very responsive to all request/ questions I had. We loved his place, probably my favorite place we stayed at in the Philippines (we stayed at 4 places). It’s very spacious for our group (4 adults, 2 children). Walkable to many restaurants and malls. We walked to a new coffee shops every morning. And so easy to take grab every day. Center of many places which was one of the main reason I booked it. The only thing I would note would probably to update the leather couch in the living room as it’s not fully intact anymore and pokes at our thighs when sitting down. Maybe better to have an L style couch to utilize the space and provide more seating. Also would be nice to have a TV in the bedrooms. Other than that, we enjoyed staying here and the pool areas were also very beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, and I especially appreciated the fresh, fragrant scent of the bedsheets and towels. I also loved that Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video were all available and premium, which made relaxing even better. Overall, it was definitely worth it. Would stay here again!

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

Such a comfy place to be at, I felt safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back and rebook soon😇
