Williams place was excellent and was what we expected per the AirBnB post. This location is fantastic and would be hard to pass up. You will not find a better location for ease of access to the Venice Grand Canal mall.

Sir Toshi was really accommodating and patient with all of my inquiries. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great place if you want to relax since there's a beautiful view of the city. Check-in was very smooth since all information was communicated to the front desk already. Will definitely book with them again.

My GF and I have stayed at Jay,Jan and Joeys condos now many times and keep coming back as they are gr8 Hosts. They are also very responsive if we rarely have any problems or questions. Highly recommend them. See you again soon im sure.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

My stay was fantastic! The place is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was at the center of all the places I needed to go, making my trip incredibly convenient. The host was accommodating and ensured a smooth experience. I will definitely be rebooking in the future. Highly recommended!

it was a cute small place but perfect for me and my wife , the view was great. There was a small store on the grounds that had nearly everything , the Mall of Asia was walking dustance that had great restaurant, shopping and other stuff. overall I would recommend to others to stay there. Definitely worth every peso. It was amazing staying at Balai Annaya. True to their words, our stay was charming & comfortable. Every part of the house was clean. Kitchen, bed rooms, and comfort rooms amenities are complete. The location was near almost everything - so it was also easy to have things/foods delivered. Super accommodating & generous din ni Ms. Anne & her family. We are very thankful. We felt super bitin talaga sa stay namin haha.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

We had a good time in the house, it’s very clean and modern, we really felt we are home. And Miss Jillie is very responsive and very accommodating, she is very kind and caring! Such a great place to stay, and an amazing host, will surely book again!

Me and my friends had a great stay at Laurice’s place. The host communicated well with us and gave us clear instructions. We had no problems with the check in instructions. The place is the same as the listing pictures and walking distance to Mall of Asia. Thank you 🥰✨

Communication was a bit of a challenge due to short notice of instructions after booking such as submission of guest list and restrictions on guests. But overall, the place was very nice and convenient. Definitely good for watch-parties or simple staycation :) the host was also very accommodating. Would definitely book again next time if we have the chance.

Great place with a great view. Walking distance to Shangrila Plaza and Megamall, with all the possibilities for shopping and restaurants. Easy to catch a Grab to other parts of Metromanila

The place was so tidy. It’s a nice place to stay and relax. The balcony view is the highlight. I would definitely book again!

My only complaint was that you can lock yourself in the bedroom and not be able to get out. My grandkids locked themselves in and we found the key on the outside of the door. This is a bad feature of the unit. Locks should be opened from the inside. Other than that we had a great time in this unit. Amenities were good, comfortable for my whole family.
