On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
