A very cosy detached house with a beautiful view. It is only a 5 minute walk from an almost private beach and a 15 minute walk from an organised beach where you can find mini markets and restaurants. 7 km far from the downtown. A lovely house decorated creatively, is 7 km from the center of Ermoupolis. It has a magnificent view of Fabrica Bay. It is a five minute walk to a deserted beach and 15 minutes to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini markets.

The house is build with stones like all other houses in the village. I'm preserving the traditional way of the village islanders living with all the modern needs of today. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa an equip kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private backyard where you can smell the fresh air from the beautiful view of the mountains and feel the nature.
