A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

The newly built, stone-built house is perched on the fertile terraces of Ano Meria, the last authentic area on the island. Just 7 km from Ermoupolis, every dawn the sun rises directly opposite, behind Delos. The area is far from the hustle and bustle of the city, without being too far from it, while in the background the lights of Tinos, Mykonos, Ikaria shine. Cool springs, baked dry stone walls, juicy dehydrated seeds await the traveler's encounter.

Situated right in the heart of hermoupolis, just a minute away from the city' s main square or the famous Apollo theatre and only a five- minute walk away from the Vaporia district with Saint Nicholas church as its most prominent feature. This studio includes a double bed and a single pull-out comfortable chair bed. It is on the 1st floor of the building. Open 4 seasons. There are stairs. There is luggage storage available.
