Beachfront holiday rentals in Syros - Ermoupoli Municipality

Wir waren zu zweit 14 Tage in Maria Christinas Haus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um ein Einzelhaus in wunderschöner Hanglage am Rande der Bucht von Kini oberhalb der Hafenmole, 200 Meter bis zum Sandstrand. Zugang über eine relativ steile Steintreppe (zirka 70 Stufen), mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man bis zur Treppe auf der Mole vorfahren, kurz halten und ausladen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es im Ort. Das Haus hat 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Matratzen , ein kleines Wohnzimmer und eine für Selbstversorger super ausgestattete große Küche. Alle Zimmer sind mit Mückenschutzgittern ausgestattet und von überalll hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Kini. Das Bad ist stylisch in Betonoptik, aber für mehr als 2 Personen relativ klein. Alles wirkt frisch renoviert. Es gibt 3 Terrassen, einen Balkon und einen gepflegten Garten. Kini und die Unterkunft waren für uns perfekt, auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Άνετη διαμονή με μεγάλη αυλή που βοήθησε με τα παιδιά. Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ περάσαμε τέλεια!!

Everything was as a described, with a perfectly clean house (there was even twice a week changing of bed linen/towels, plus cleaning). Location is perfect, as it is in the middle of the island and within walking distance of arguably the best beach and restaurant in Tinos. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment, well suited for a couple. Kitchen has everything we needed. Apartment was well located in Ermoupoli and although some reviews mentioned it being nosy, we didn't find that at all. Chris allowed late check-out which was a huge help. All in all we had a really nice stay.

Το σπιτι είναι σε ιδανική τοποθεσια , πεντακάθαρο και ευρύχωρο ! Η κα Βενετία είναι η καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα ! Χαμογελαστή και εξυπηρετική ! Μας υποδέχτηκε με παγωτό !❤️

The house is situated on a beautiful beach, and it’s just charming. Nothing like falling asleep to the gentle sound of waves. It’s also well equipped and nicely decorated, with a shaded front porch and lovely 1st floor patio that is like a sun deck. The location is also excellent for visiting some of the most picturesque villages of Tinos, like Kardiani, Ysternia and Pyrgos. A few things to be aware of. It is a good 25’ from the port and the road is not ideal, it can be challenging for a novice driver, so take is slow. Also there is no mini market close by (at least in Spring…) so stock up! Other than that it’s one of the most enjoyable houses we have ever spent time in.

Παρα πολυ ομορφο ολοκαινουριο και ευρυχωρο σπιτι σε εξαιρετικο σημειο ακριβως διπλα στη θαλασσα. Περασαμε τελεια. Ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη φιλοξενια !

Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

We had a wonderful week here and will happily return. The view from both balcony and living room is superb, with a view out to some of the other islands on a clear day. The location is very quiet, and it is lovely to just sit there and relax. Because of the layout of the different balconies, it is always possible to find a shaded location, which is nice when trying to get a bit of respite from the sun. The pool is clean and very refreshing, and there is plenty of space to lie/sit around it, though not much natural shade (but there are parasols) The apartment is clean and comfortable, and had all we needed to prepare breakfast and a couple of basic meals. It's in a quiet part of the island, but there is a nice taverna at the bottom of the hill, and another restaurant within easy walk. The two beaches are also within an easy walk and are both very pleasant. There is also a mini-market, though it was closed when we tried to use it. Communication with the host was fantastic

Great place, very clean and comfortable for a group of friends. Walkable distance from the sea. Great location for vacations on the northern side of the island.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Tina et Toni. Le logement est très agréable, joliment meublé. L'espace piscine très bien aménagé, avec une jolie partie ombragée, une vue splendide, des installations et coussins très confortables, notamment un grand coussin qui flotte dans l'eau. Tina et Toni sont très serviables et disponibles. Ne pas hésitez à demander les directions pour y arriver, ou mettre le chauffeur de taxi en contact avec Toni, la maison étant un peu en hauteur. La plage Voulgari, très calme avec possibilité de louer kayak et paddle, est à 5 minutes à pied de la maison. La plage de Finikas, à 10 minutes environ en prenant le petit chemin raccourci. Vue splendide depuis la Villa. On reviendra avec grand plaisir. Merci!

This place is amazing. Beautiful, near beaches, lovely pool and views and wonderful hosts who helped with everything!

Had a lovely time at Charoula’s place. Everything was in walking distance, two beaches, couple restaurants, little market. I did not rent a car and was able to catch the bus to other beaches and back into town for groceries. (It’s 2 euros for the bus each time). The view from the balcony and overall experience went beyond Charoula’s description. Perfect for a non touristy stay. The people on this island were very kind and helpful when I needed directions.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous : it is quiet, a few minutes away from the beach and nice restaurants and with an amazing view on the sea. The little house is simple but authentic. Thank you again Daniel and Helen for your kindness and reactivity !

Ottimo soggiorno nella casa con la mia famiglia. Katerina è stata super disponibile fin da subito e ci ha consigliato molto bene. La casa ha soddisfatto perfettamente tutte le nostre esigenze. La spiaggia meravigliosa, comodissimo poter tornare a casa subito dopo un bagno.

Louis & Thanos's place was lovely and just like described. They were really proactive in their communication and helpfull in their tips for restaurants and beaches. Thanos was there to greet us and showed us around when we arrived. There were also two beaches just next to the house, one rocky with lot of fish and other with sand. They even provided beach umbrellas and diving masks and kids beach toys. Travelling with a kid and family the set-up with two "separate" apartments with us downstairs with out 3 year old was really handy as then everyone didn't have to wake up at 6 o'clock. We couldn't have expect for a better experience!

Thank you so much again Sofia and Konstantinos! This beautiful apartment on Kini beach is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. It’s clean, spacious and about a 50m walk to the beach! Its location is perfect for those wanting a beach holiday retreat, whilst having the comfort of knowing you’re only a 15minute drive to a major Greek port and town. The apartment itself was stocked really well with water, juice, milk and olive oil which was a very nice touch. There’s also a gorgeous little terrace where you can hear the sound of the waves! I would really recommend this apartment and Syros itself.

Highly recommended place on all aspects. Plus the view is astonishing. Even better than the pictures!

This was truly a wonderful experience, the place offered everything we could wish for, including a very hospitable host & a magical ocean view. We are definitely coming back, next time for a longer stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison d'Olivier. La vue sur la mer Egée est vraiment époustouflante.. La maison en pierre de Tinos est superbe : une trés belle architecture. Elle est très spacieuse, lumineuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps. La commucication avec Olivier a été parfaite. Il a été de très bon conseil, prévenant et réactif. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Olivier mais avons été accueillis par Marion qui a également été très à l'ecoute. Nous recommandons vivement la maison d'Olivier pour un séjour parfait sur l'île authentique de Tinos.
