Would definitely recommend a visit! It is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of character and charm! Rooms are surprisingly large with lots of natural light and beds were well rated among our group. Swedish hot tub was a firm favourite. Joe and Hannah were responsive, super friendly and provided a stellar pub recommendation just 10mins away. Perfect for family or friends getaway.

My old school friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jessie’s wonderful home. The house is quirky, in a good way with a lovely bathroom & kitchen. All bedrooms have amazing views. As the house is lived in by Jessie, there are personal possessions throughout the property which didn’t bother us at all, as we are used to this in other Airbnb properties. I would not recommend the garden for children as it is uneven in places with a drop below. The house is around 17 minutes drive to Symmonds Yat which is so beautiful for walking. The description is very accurate and was just what we were looking for. We definitely recommend a visit. Thank you Jessie

We had a wonderful stay at the barn. Lots of room for us, a family of six adults. Comfy beds, great shower with lots of hot water for us all to shower after being on the river all day. Kitchen was very well equipped too. Would definitely come back.

We were so lucky to stay in this beautiful cottage for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — Ellie was incredibly friendly and thoughtful, leaving us lovely cakes to enjoy on arrival. The cottage (and its surroundings) is full of charm and just as whimsical as the pictures suggest. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time together. We also enjoyed the easy drives into Ludlow, Leominster, Tenbury Wells and local walks. We can’t thank Ellie enough for creating such a beautiful, memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back one day!

A little piece of heaven. Just perfect for a few days of R&R. Although, the amount of walking we did there wasn’t much rest. The views from the balcony are something else, we somehow managed to lose 3 hrs sat there on our first afternoon. The location is perfect for getting on to the A40 and to further afield. We did not take advantage of the pool or saunas (which, now home feels like it was a wasted opportunity). The pool area is beautiful, and can see in the depths of summer being a real treat. From the booking Ruth was so helpful in giving us recommendations for where to visit and eat. Take the advice when it comes to The Angel Bakery in Abergavenny! It is out of this world. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the pavilion and hope to visit again.

Little dairy is a lovely charming place with well planed kitchen. Luxurious shower and charming sitting room and bedroom. Would highly recommend this place.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had- and we had many!!!!

We had a lovely stay at Aston Cottage over the May bank holiday weekend. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children. The older adults did plenty of walking around the Estate, and the children had a great time in the play areas, soft play and the swimming pool! Two of the adults brought their own bikes and made good use of these too. Alex and Emma were excellent hosts, and were very responsive to any queries we had, both before we arrived and after. There was a small hiccup with the hot water, but this was soon sorted, once I raised. The early check in was very welcome, and so by the time our supermarket shop arrived, we were all set to start the weekend. The house and bathrooms were well equipped with condiments and bathroom 'stuff'. The Pizza shack was a great find! The only negative comments were that it was difficult to warm up the cottage, and the cleaners could pay more attention to detail, ie oven needs cleaning and there were many cobwebs! Thank you both!

Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Great stay with the family at Chris & Alexandra’s. Great cottage exactly as described and located in a lovely gated community. Comfortably housed 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We benefited from clear and detailed instructions both for finding the place and staying in it. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend the place for family stays!

Fairhazel was a lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches and lots of goodies. Lower Mill Estate is a lovely place to stay with lots to do - paddle boarding, swimming, walking, tennis and cycling. We would definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Jason

From the moment we arrived at Lower Mill Estates we were in awe of how picturesque and serene the property was. Everything about this listing was as advertised and more. The host Victoria was extremely responsive and helpful when I had questions leading up to our trip. I was able to reach out with questions during our trip as well, with a fast response. Oakleigh cottage is situated next to a giant willow tree with surrounding gardens, and has the quintessential Cotswolds feel to it. I let Victoria know we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Upon arrival to the cottage, we found the cottage filled with birthday decor and a special gift for her! We were so surprised! It was such a nice touch to our stay. Our family loved swimming in the pools, kayaking, paddle boarding, and taking walks to the local restaurants. It was a one of a kind vacation that we’ll always remember. Thank you for making our stay so awesome! We hope to be back again one day!

Absolutely stunning place , couldn’t have been any nicer

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful location. The cottage has everything needed for travellers, including dishwasher and washing machine. Llandogo is a quiet village in easy reach of all attractions of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Anchor Inn at Tintern Abbey is a great pub with excellent food only 5 mins drive away.

The Piggery looked lovely from the photo’s and description and seemed to be everything that myself my husband and two small dogs needed for a weekend away from it all, The Piggery did not disappoint! In fact it exceeded our expectations on every level. Janet was super friendly and sent details ahead or our stay. Her correspondence was warm and friendly. When we arrived we could quickly tell that we had made the right decision in booking this sweet home! It has been sympathetically restored with charming decor and had absolutely everything that we needed. The bed was super comfy, the best nights sleep ever! The Piggery is located on an amazing property with the owner living next door but we had complete privacy. The hot tub was a bonus and much used. The location was peaceful 🤩 and ultra charming, we would highly recommend this cottage and will definitely visit again Thank You Janet what a wonderful sanctuary you have created and The piggery was simply perfect 🤩

We had a lovely stay at Meng’s place. The garden was perfect, we enjoyed especially having breakfast looking down the valley. The place was immaculate, very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Our dog loved it too. St Anthony’s well is just a few steps, couldn’t have asked for a better location. Meng’s hospitality was superb. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Alice’s place! She was incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late check-out, which was a huge help with our toddler. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and very toddler-friendly—making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Communication with Alice was excellent throughout, and the location was absolutely amazing—peaceful, scenic, and ideal for a quiet family break. Thank you, Alice, for being such a thoughtful host. This a lovely cottage with a historic railway story, nestled in a beautiful part of the country surrounded by peace, quiet and nature. The property is very well equipped and has all you need for your stay - everything has been thought of. The local pub (Cottage of Content) serves excellent food and drink and is just 5 min walk down the lane. Excellent local walks all around the area, this is an excellent base for exploring. The host was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We would certainly stay again in figure if back in the area - it’s a big thumbs up from us.

Absolutely brilliant, above and beyond any other airbnb i have previously visited. Every small thing had been considered and we were never left needing anything. The location was a short walk to the town and the view from the house was stunning. Trudy was incredibly friendly and helpful and offered some great recommendations. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! We’d highly recommend here
