Fantastic place, great value for money. The place is a part of the host’s house so it wasn’t completely private, it is an extension of their place but they respect your privacy and didn’t intrude at all. Amazing host, very helpful and polite. Very clean and hygienic place. The highlight of the stay was the hot tub, what a lovely experience. Loved the stay overall. Would recommend.

Lovely third stay at Josie’s flat. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to everything - great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Hope to return 😊

A very central well equipped apartment with two good sized bedrooms. Clean and tidy and with everything you need for a great stay. The bathroom and kitchen were very modern with lots of little thoughtful touches to make our stay easy and relaxed. Would definitely return if I stayed in Bath again

Great place to stay in Bath, really clean, great kitchen, comfortable bed and only a few mins walk to bath town centre, the garden area was an added bonus and a lovely sun trap in the afternoon 😀 car park is only a 5 mins walk for leaving the car overnight, thank you Henry for a lovely relaxing stay 😁

We stayed just a night and Tom’s place was perfect for us. Generous check-in and check-out times really make a difference for one-nighters, and both were very smooth and easy. I love this area of the city, it is quiet and residential but just minutes’ walk from cafes, shops (including one of Bristol’s best health food shops) and public transport into town. Tom had left some useful suggestions for places to eat and drink, and thus we went to a really good, local tapas bar for our supper which we might not otherwise have found. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a short stay, including a very comfy bed! Tom was very helpful and prompt to reply to my questions, specifically about parking. We would definitely stay again if we need a bed in Bristol.

Margaret was a very responsive and helpful host, and very flexible. The place was ideally located for us, a short walk from Larkhall village and walking distance into central Bath. Her instructions were super clear to follow and the off-street parking space a bonus.

Amazing little gem of a place, would be ideal for the dogs to stay, unfortunately they couldn’t b with me this time as plans changed. Sky and WiFi was welcoming and everything hands on for a comfortable stay

We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend Wayne and Delyth’s annexes to anyone looking for a nice clean, fresh and comfortable base for a visit to south Wales. It’s very central to everywhere you may want to go with a bus stop to Barry island and also Cardiff right outside. Wayne and Delyth are a lovely couple who couldn’t be more friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet you both. We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Barri. Thank you guys so much for a 5* stay 👍

Would definitely recommend a visit! It is a beautiful place to stay, with lots of character and charm! Rooms are surprisingly large with lots of natural light and beds were well rated among our group. Swedish hot tub was a firm favourite. Joe and Hannah were responsive, super friendly and provided a stellar pub recommendation just 10mins away. Perfect for family or friends getaway.

Lovely stay at The Little Dairy. It was only 25 mins drive to the Hay Festival and a peaceful place to rest our heads between the two days we attended. The accommodation was clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again when visiting the area.

not enough stars to leave an accurate rating, we need more stars as this place is unlike anywhere I've ever stayed, peaceful, private, quiet, it's an escape from reality and is absolutely beautiful inside and outside. Emma and Ian were so friendly and helpful with everything and we luckily got to meet them just before we left which was lovely as really wanted to thank them for making such a wonderful space for others to enjoy! It was my partners 30th and although I never asked for any extras, they placed banners up, left 30 on the bed in rose petals, left the most gorgeous tasting cupcakes! just everything and all the little touches were so wonderful. The outside space was such a vibe, you can just get lost with time in the whole set up and the hot tub is just amazing, we were well and truly impressed with absolutely everything. We planned to go for dinner out but it was too wonderful to leave so we stayed in! 🤭❤️ amazing, amazing, amazing. Can't wait to book in again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a great stay here at Christopher's place. The view was amazing and the place was situated well close to Bristol and Thornbury. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is beautiful, its in a great place, near to local attractions, with lots of peaceful walks through the forest. Alison was communitive and quick to respond to queries. Highly recommend Alison and her gorgeous cottage.

It’s a beautiful house with a character. It is as nice to read the history of the place . House has been maintained well. Great for families. Would definitely visit again probably for few more days next time .

Victoria’s flat was amazing! She definitely deserves a 5+ rating! What a wonderful find! The charming town of Tetbury is easily walkable from “The Retreat”. There are so many places to eat, drink, walk, shop and explore. We would love to return! Thank you, Victoria, for sharing your lovely flat with us! It was perfect!

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

Pamela and Paul were both extremely great hosts. Their property was absolutely stunning and they were so friendly and helpful with everything. We loved our stay and cannot speak highly enough of them both. They definitely made our experience so much better. Would highly recommend staying here. The property was so nice and had everything we needed and we loved seeing the horses and chickens around the site.

Kevin’s place was wonderful. His home was inviting, spacious and very clean. The pictures on the site were accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra touches in the house made for a welcoming stay. Location was excellent. Being in the city central there were many things to do and see and it was so close to the train station and bus depot. Communication with the host was excellent and the he promptly responded to any request. We would highly recommend staying there.

Wow! What a fantastic weekend we had in Bath!! Our stay at Sarah’s was fantastic, it was everything we wanted and beyond. The accommodation was the perfect size for us, it had everything we needed, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. Sarah was incredibly friendly and responsive, she also made the tastiest butter flapjacks we’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a home away from home with everything you’ll need, Sarah’s apartment is definitely a place I’d recommend. Thanks for having us 💕

I had a short stay here while collecting my son from university. From the moment of booking, Matt was incredibly friendly and helpful—quick to respond to my (many!) questions, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I was genuinely impressed with the flat: it was spotless, beautifully decorated, peaceful, and calm. The view over Bath as you walk through to the bedroom is simply stunning! I couldn't believe my luck with the location—easily walkable to the city centre and with the rare bonus of an off-road parking space, which is a huge plus in Bath. I absolutely intend to stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to friends and family.
