Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sykia Chalkidikis

Just amazing! The beach, views, privacy, outdoor kitchen.. everything. Can recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from all the noise and busy life. Also the host is responsive and gave us good recommendations for places to eat and see.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Comfortable place at a quiet location, just 50m away from the main street of Kalamitsi. The apartment have everything you need for your stay. The host is very responsive and reacts very quickly whenever you have questions/issues.

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

Unfortunately, the listing doesn't show that the listing shares the pool with a second listing. This was a bit surprising and unpleasant for us upon arrival. Otherwise very thoughtful place, nice pool. Great design. Dominiki and her family are great hosts.

Nikos, his father and mother were very nice, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival and departure we had gotten a local, homemade specialty from the mother. Very delicious! The father always gave us vegetables and fruits from the huge garden. Fresh green, mature figs were allowed to pick from tree at any time. The place was great, as shown in the pictures and film. We ate outside daily on the terrace under the olive tree if we were not in the restaurant and enjoyed the fabulous views over the bay/beach/island and sea. The path to the beach went down. With me it was 300 steps and then another 100 from the edge of the property up to the terrace. Since there are only about 10-12 private houses along this beach at a good 1 km, it is nicely empty and you have your peace and quiet. Temperatures were 33-39 degrees C this year probably particularly high. A full recommendation!!!

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. They were brought to us within 15 minutes. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

We didn’t meet Dimitris, but his brother Tasos- great host, the place is amazing, super cozy with an amazing beach view. He greeted us with welcome drinks, way later than agreed, was super helpful and had left us a small welcome gift 🤍 Their beach bar under the place is also great, definitely the cosiest on the 🏝️ We were super happy with how friendly they are & how nice the place is Definitely recommend & for sure will go back!

Labors is a great host. Quick response, helpful tips, great hospitality. The location of the property is amazing - right at a beach, secluded, and easy access by car to nearby villages and restaurants. The house has a full kitchen and everything that one may need. Perfect vacation hope if you have pets. Highly recommend and will gladly visit again.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The accommodation is tastefully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The quiet location was particularly pleasant - and yet you can walk to the center in just five minutes. A really nice combination of tranquility and proximity to everything you need. Dimitri was a friendly and attentive host. He responded quickly to our questions and was easily accessible, which we greatly appreciated. A special highlight was the terrace - a beautiful place to have breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to recommend.
