Pat's traditional, 180 year old stone house

A cultural experience. 180 yr old house built by Greeks for Turks. An atmosphere of simplicity, with some integrated modern facilities. An open balcony blends inside and out as an ongoing organic experience. Low door frames, minimal plumbing, creaky floors, maybe a ghost or two! Goat bells, donkey shoes, tools, loom equipment, tin pots, enhance surroundings. Not really a place of luxury but discovery. Explore authentic village life with fantastic beaches. (sorry but not for children under 12).

Stone dream house

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Είναι μια Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία 200 ετών, ζεστός χώρος απο ξύλο & πέτρα ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χωρίς όμως να χάσει την ταυτότητα του.. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό και απέχει απο τις κοντινότερες μαγευτικές παραλίες 7’. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόριο, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η κατοικία περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων & ψυγείο.

Apartment in the nice sunny stone house out of Sikia village with two balconies, four kilometers away from the sea. First floor independent apartment with two sleeping rooms,(one with double bed and another one with 2 single beds), living room, bathroom and kitchen. In front of the apartment is a big green garden. Apartment does not have an aircon but, stone thick walls are much better ! Kitchen is fully equipped, and also there is a barbecue area outside.

Morfo's house was absolutely perfect for our stay in Sykia. It was very clean and comfy exactly as described in the description. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and there is a huge and very beautiful garden where you can spend your time with your family. Morfo was a super friendly and nice host and gave us a lot of recommendations for good shops, restaurants, and other things in the area. Highly recommend Morfo as a host and her house for your vacations in Sykia, Greece.

Leonie and Theo immediately welcomed us and accompanied us to the location that did not disappoint our expectations. The house is located in a very quiet village from which you can reach all the beaches. The house is equipped with all amenities, equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. The only thing we couldn't use is the TV because to be able to connect it to the mobile phone, we needed a paid application, but we honestly did not miss it. Leonie and Theo were very kind, they gave us many suggestions on the sites to visit. Ideal for a family trip.

We loved staying at Nikolaos' house! Its proximity to the nearby hill offers a spectacular natural spectacle from the garden. The house is close enough to the village to walk and far enough away to enjoy an Olympian calm! Nikolaos was particularly involved in welcoming us and giving us his best tips for beaches, bars and restaurants.

excellent Beach access. look for the sign with the red rectangle that marks the driveway. so many beaches to choose from. I found a sandy beach not too far away air condition works perfectly. nice hot water fornthe shower, just dont swallow any. I couldn't buy any online tickets for a boat tour so I asked George for help. his father, Mr. Manoli, made a call and I had a ticket to Mt Athos boat tour. sarti was about 10km.drive. also a couple restaurants nearby.

A very nice and spacios accomodation which makes your stay ideal ! The apartment is very beautifully decorated and well fitted making it good for even longer stays. It offers a beautiful terrace inside a tipical greek garden with a lot of nature. Very close to the local beach and within nearby reach by car to the best beaches of sithonia ! Excellent and very welcoming hosts !
