Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sykia Chalkidikis

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Perfect place for families! Big house, clean, comfy beds, LOTS of toys and cardboard games, beach toys...well equiped kitchen, nice bathrooms, all the rooms face the sea, nice cleaning lady Rita :) great location, literaly few steps from the beach, nice private beach, quiet, nice water. A little bit remote from the first village so i would say a car is essential. The owner Masha very nice and always helpful. We were a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids and it was one of our best holidays by the sea. Definetly worth it :)

Casa situata in una posizione ottima. Anche se vicina alla strada, molto tranquilla. Giardino con ulivi e aranci bellissimo. Balcone vista mare ottimo per il relax. Nikolas disponibile e molto gentile. Casa come da foto e descrizione. Ottima settimana di riposo!

The villa is a lovely peaceful place to stay and the view is amazing. Loads of space and a huge jacuzzi pool. It’s a stunning location and just what we wanted for our first family holiday with young twins

Everything was great. Peaceful place, there is a village nearby for supermarkets, restaurants etc. Responsive host, always helped when we had questions.

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We had a lovely family vacation. Thank you Olga.

Supermooi huis op het platte land. De host zorgde ervoor dat enkele kleine problemen goed opgelost werden. Perfect om tot rust te komen in de mooie tuin. Mooie omgeving, best een auto huren om alles te verkennen daar!

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

Ioannis was a great host. He gave us a warm welcome and gave us a brief but informative tour of the place. He even made us breakfast in the morning. The cottage is located in a quiet and beautiful area. The place is cozy and well stocked. Would highly recommend this place!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We absolutely loved Jade’s place, it is actually much better than what we expected and better than the photos show. Despite the bungalows and rooms were fully booked due to high seasons, it was super peaceful. Amazing beach, lovely setting with lots of green, fantastic support from Jade and her parents in low. The bungalow is basic, but spacious, clean and has everything one’s need for a beach holiday. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, spacious, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the four balconies—two with a view of the garden and two overlooking the private parking area. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and feel at home throughout our stay. What we loved most was the complete peace and quiet, both during the day and at night—it made this one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in a long time. The garden is absolutely lovely, well-maintained, full of flowers and fruit trees. Yannis is an amazing host—very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed recommendations or assistance. We would love to come back here for our future holidays. Thank you so much!

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Wir bedanken uns für zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen an solch einem tollen Ort. Das Haus liegt malerisch hinter einer kleinen Düne, die aber den Blick auf das Meer nicht beeinträchtigt. Es war einfach traumhaft, den Kaffee mit dem Blick auf das türkisfarbene Meer zu genießen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Theo!!!!

Piękny dom z cudownym basenem i ładnie zagospodarowanym ogrodem. Idealne miejsce na spędzenie wakacji. Dom był czysty i dobrze wyposażony, w Greckim klimacie. Łazienki małe i dosyć niewygodne, reszta okej. Blisko do sklepów i restauracji jak i na plażę. Pokoje przechodnie, nie było pełnej prywatności ale dla rodzin czy bliskich znajomych było ok.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!
