Our lovely apartment is newly renovated in 2021. The apartment has Øer's best location with the most amazing and breathtaking views. The apartment has 2 x bedrooms with 3/4 bed (140x200 cm) + 1 x loft mainly children/young people. As a tenant , you have access for a fee to all shared activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. Sports hall with padel, badminton,table tennis, boiler court. Outdoor playground, tennis court, mini golf, mountain bike course..etc. Restaurant and a grocery store.

When you rent our lovely apartment, you become part of Øer maritime, which is a holiday paradise for all ages. The area consists of 7 islands, which are connected by small bridges and canals. Here is a marina as well as a lock As a tenant , you have access to all shared activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. In addition, the sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padelbane. There is outdoor large playground, tennis courts, mini golf as well as mountain bike course..etc.

House with heated pool and great bay view

Lovely house of 175 sqm with enclosed garden and cozy conservatory. The house has its own heated pool (29 degrees) of 4 x 8 meters. I come by every morning and make sure the chlorine values fit. From the house there is a great view of Aarhus Bay, and Aarhus C can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus. There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Rønde city, which has several grocery stores and cafes. Følle Strand is about 4 km away and suitable for children. The house is not rented to groups.

Nice little cottage, cozy decorated, not exclusive. Centrally located at Mols. House on two levels. At the top 2 rooms with 2 single beds in each. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The sofa can be folded out as a double bed. There are duvets and pillows for 6 pers. Linens not included in the rent, booked if necessary when booking. Heat source is heat pump and electricity. No TV channels. But there is Chromecast and wifi so you can stream TV from apps on your phone.

Each island is named after a shellfish and built with wooden cluster houses in different colors with front gardens and terraces. All the houses are located next to water - either the harbor or the canal as our holiday home on the island of Krebsen.
