House on the beach

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Hyggeligt sommerhus på 138 kvm med god plads til 4 voksne samt 4 børn og optil 2 spædbarn i rejseseng. Sommerhuset er nyrenoveret. Min. 4 dag udenfor sæson og 1 uge i højsæson. Slutrengøring kr. 850,- pr. ophold. Der følger en brændekurv fyld med brænde, medbring evt. selv træ. Der betales for forbrug efter måler, strøm 3,79 kr. pr kwh jeg forbeholder mig retten til at forhøje prisen, vand kr. 79,- pr m3, udlejer aflæser ved tjek in og ud og sender opkrævning af reelt forbrug efter tjek ud.

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.

Near Ebeltoft, you will find this cottage nestled in its wild garden with a hammock and garden bench. The house offers many unique details such as a wood-burning stove. Sustainability is a recurring theme. The loft is the perfect retreat when you need complete relaxation with a good book, or where the little ones can play. The garden is basically allowed to take care of itself. The cottage also offers a lovely outdoor shower and after a rinse, you can enjoy the outdoor sauna

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
