The house has a lovely bright living room in connection with a well-equipped kitchen, exit to conservatory and large south facing terrace with barbecue (charcoal + gas) and pizza oven, south facing garden for play, games and cool white wine. There is a bedroom (double bed), three rooms (single bed). 1x bath, 3x toilet. A few hundred meters to shopping/bus. Private parking space. Walking distance to Tivoli. ENJOY!

Wifi med begrænset forbrug. TV via tv-boks. Hund velkommen. Udlejes kun i august, min. 1 uge. Udlejes ikke til unge under 25 år og fester accepteres ikke.

Outside, three terraces to enjoy the sun. 2 great beaches within walking distance-Dråby Strand 80m in front of house and 5 min walk Boeslum Strand, one of Djursland's most child-friendly beaches.

Very charming and cozy cottage with plenty of space, 3 rooms, located on a scenic plot. Good bus connections to Aarhus. Pets allowed. Indoor smoking not allowed. Final cleaning DKK 800 and is mandatory, as well as electricity. Bed linen and towels can be purchased, DKK 150 per person, contact with host for further information.
