A holiday in our cozy, authentic summerhouse, is pure coziness. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for single-family) and contains atmospheric living room with heat pump and wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The sleeping arrangements of the house are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed- most suitable for children. The last sleeping places are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of older date, which has been continuously renovated.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Der Bluetooth afspiller, opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine. 2 km. til lokal købmand, 3 km. til fiskehus. National parken Mols bjerge og Sletterhage fyr ligger i cykel afstand. 60 km til Århus og 15 km Ebeltoft.

Located only 11 km from atmospheric Ebeltoft, where you'll find shopping and pedestrian street with lots of shops. Many excursion options close by - Ree Park Safari (5 km), Skandinavisk Dyrepark (10 km), Djurs Sommerland (24 km), Kattegatcentret (24 km), århus city & Tivoli Friheden (49 km). Non-smoking house, 1 dog allowed.

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. The house counts with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a complete kitchen and toilet, sofa bed of 1.4x2m, internet, smart TV with Netflix and HBO Max, towels, bed linen and much more. There is a direct access to a 800m2 garden. Only small dogs allowed (<10 kilo).
