Chalupa se nachází v Jindřichově, v kouzelné oblasti Jizerských hor a je z obou stran obklopena lesy. Naproti je přírodní koupaliště a krásnou procházkou lze vyjít na rozhlednu Bramberk. První zmínky o stavení jsou z roku 1824, ale možná tu stojí ještě déle. My jsme tu strávili nezapomenutelné dětství, hledali skleněné poklady, sbírali borůvky, houby, lovili čolky a stavěli přehrady v potoce. Chalupu jsme nyní zrekonstruovali a chtěli bychom se s vámi podělit o krásnou atmosféru tohoto místa.

Maly, utulny domek, ktery poskytuje hostum dostatek soukromi umistenim v jine vyskove urovni nasi zahrady nez je nas dum. Dispozice: Vstupni chodba s koupelnou a WC, loznice s manzelskou posteli, jidelnim stolem, 2 zidlemi a TV. Dale mohou hoste vyuzit zahradni altan s krbem, grilem a posezenim. Zde je i vybavena kuchynka a lednice (pouzitelnost duben - listopad). Restaurace - 1km, Potraviny - 1.5km, Areal Obri Sud - 2km, Areal Vesec - 2km, Areal Jested - 5km Voda, kava, caj - free/zdarma

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

The apartment (2nd floor, approx. 35 sqm) is located on the beautiful Untermarkt, right in the heart of the historic old town and yet traffic-calmed. Short distances to the sights of the city, to cafes and restaurants, to Poland with further restaurants on the Neisse River. A parking ticket for parking close to the apartment is optionally available. (11 Euro per week) . I will be happy to obtain this ticket for you if required! Let the city surprise you.

Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
