We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home enough! Excellent access to the beach and the home has everything you could need and so much more! Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We would love to come back!

We completely enjoyed our stay at Emerald Island Oasis. The house was easy to find and was exactly as pictured/described. Inside the house was comfortable and clean. Felt right at home. The pool area was truly an oasis! Our whole family loved the pool and the sitting area around it. Town had several great restaurants and ice creams places. Our kids loved the go cart track as well. Beautiful beach was just a short walk from the house. Everything was wonderful about our stay here. Would definitely return for a another stay!

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

We loved our stay at Deanna’s place! The house was great inside and out; we especially enjoyed the porches and backyard. The location is fantastic - being so close to the beach and being able to walk or bike to restaurants (we even biked to the grocery store) was fantastic. The kitchen was well-appointed and we cooked several meals in, which was much easier with the kids. We didn’t need but noticed baby gates and high chairs, things that still catch my eye after years of traveling when our kids were a bit younger. The kids loved the “secret reading room” downstairs about as much as they enjoyed playing in the game room. My folks joined us, and the 7 of us had plenty of space for socializing and enough privacy as needed. All in all, we had a wonderful trip. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

We loved our stay. The home was spotless and it was great our dogs could come as we travel with them everywhere. The pool and outdoor area, completely fenced in was an oasis. It was quiet and we loved taking our dogs for long walks and taking the golf cart into Historic Swansboro. So relaxing, can’t recommend enough!!

We were coming to Stella for Christmas to be with relatives and this space was not only in the same neighborhood as them, but was exactly what we needed. The fenced yard for our dog was so helpful and the house was beautiful. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. Everything you need and more to cook, relax and enjoy.

This was the perfect place for a family to come and stay to spend Christmas with our son and his family that live in Jacksonville. It was absolutely what we hoped in every way. Swansboro is the cutest town ever and this house was perfect for everything we needed to do. Would totally come back here again... also Pet Friendly!!! A huge plus for our little Aussie, who thinks she is a human and would never be left behind. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas, Chandler!!

The house is seemingly simple on the outside — situated in a well kept fenced yard (great for kids!). The surprise is on the inside — It is obvious Karoline has put a lot of thought into what guests might need. EVERYTHING had been thought of and placed where they could be found. The kitchen was spotless and impeccably laid out. Even the drawer with feeding implements for babies or young children had been thought through. There was plenty of room for seating areas and two big dining tables. Tons of toys available for kids. AND they just completed a big deck outside with plenty of seating. Thanks Karoline for making our weekend perfect.

This house was the perfect size and location for our family of four. The fishing is great, especially at high tide, and the best part is it’s right in the back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but you’re still close to stores and restaurants. We drove in to Emerald Isle almost daily. We recommend this place and would definitely book again!

We had a great stay at Haylee's place. The Pointe is such a special location on Emerald Isle. The property is located in a quaint and convenient neighborhood, close enough to take advantage of the peacefulness that The Pointe offers, as well as the heart of Emerald Isle. We enjoyed the fresh air coming from the various decks and the amenities provided. Having access to the golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze! Comfortable beds and furniture, clean space, quiet location. We'll be back. Highly recommend!

As an Airbnb host, this is just the best. If you get a chance to book do it now don’t wait. This place quietly screams peaceful, respite from the world! And boy did I need it. Follow the directions and wear shoes if you go in the water! The kayaks were wonderful. Brent is a wonderful person. Places like this is the best part of Airbnb . Experience the best.

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

We were first timer Airbnb’s and to say we were a little anxious would be an understatement. However, the pics, site reviews, and overall amenities were spot on. Shanelle’s place set the bar so high. If you want a very clean, peaceful place that is an easily accessible walk to the beach, this is the place. This is my first review ever and I can’t impress what a Great place this is.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The decor is amazing and the views are stunning. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and great kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal!

We had a great stay! Favorite part by far was the easy access to the beach and the chairs, umbrellas, and wagon at the house ready to be used.
