Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

Our stay at Paul's place was so lovely! Paul was such a great host who welcomed us so warmly. He was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries and also gave us great recommendations for our trip. A bonus was that his place has a spectacular view that takes your breath away. We loved seeing wild kangaroos just at the entrance hanging out and the chickens in the coop too. The entire place was so spacious and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Great holiday booking for groups and families. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

Such a fantastic BNB to stay at ... Dawn has put so much love and care into this property ... Her BNB Guests are the priority & she has considered their needs through every aspect ... Double glazed windows through out the property are brilliant and create the most peaceful environment for sleeping at night and insulating against the weather ... There is quality heating & cooling in all rooms ... A new washing machine ... Comfortable couches ... Comfortable king size bed ... Security fly screens on both the front and back main entry doors (sometimes you just do not get this in a BNB) - loved these as you can open the doors for fresh air while feeling safe ... the car port is right next to the house and it provides excellent coverage for your car (a 4WD Lancruiser Wagon fits really well) ... The front garden is a little sanctuary and beautifully designed - very private as it has a tall, secure fence out the front ... Dawn is a generous Host with consumables too. We will be back x

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.

Thank you for having us at your lovely place! We loved this house, it was bright, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The children really liked the playroom and spent a lot of time there. The host was very proactive in ensuring that guests had access to clear information and would drop messages to check in on us. The house was very clean and comfortable, it seemed like it was a brand new house. Location was great, very convenient to shops and the beach. We would love to come back for a stay :)

Levi’s place was a perfect place for us to stay in Scarborough. Very comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely ambience. The house is well equipped with everything you need and just a 10 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Charmaine was v responsive throughout our stay and replied really promptly whenever we needed help. There is a big mall just 5 min drive away so v convenient location. The house was beautiful and as shown in photos, with toys for the kids and amenities for the family. We enjoyed our stay.

A Stunning Stay at Winston's Villa What an absolutely beautiful home! The location is ideal, tucked in a quiet street, yet just a short walk from both West Leederville and Subiaco. The interior is exceptional, seamlessly blending charming heritage features with modern comforts. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and all the amenities you could need are at your fingertips. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, spacious, well-equipped, and full of natural light. One of my favourite features was the dedicated workspace overlooking the garden, which made my work week not only manageable but genuinely enjoyable. And after a long day, sinking into the generously sized, ultra-comfy bed was the perfect way to unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay at Winston's Villa and can’t wait to return.

Eileen’s home is perfectly located near the beach, with parks close by and easy access to the city. From the moment we stepped in, it felt cozy and welcoming. We stayed for three nights while exploring Perth, and it was a great base for our trip. The kids especially enjoyed the spacious rooms and the outdoor space. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable house setting instead of an apartment while visiting the city.

Nathan and Hannah's went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, they were very responsive to our queries and personally brought items to our place when we couldn't find it. The house was exceptionally spacious and cosy, with plenty of room for us to cook, relax and dine. The kitchen had a dishwasher which saved us time cleaning up, and is well stocked with various kitchen utensils and products for our cooking needs (e.g. aluminium foil, cling wraps, bbq tongs, condiments, strainer, baking dish etc.) The bedrooms were well equipped with wardrobes/walk-in-closets and hangers. The bathrooms were spotless with a good supply of hot water! The outdoor bbq grill works well, just needs a little cleaning. Loved the convenience of a garage to park our car, and the privacy of an entire house for us to wind down after a day of exploring the city and countryside. Accessible location of the house by car, 15-20mins from city centre and 25mins to Perth airport. Thank you for having us!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It is very spacious and fits all 9 (5 adults & 4 children) of us with ample space left. The house is located in a beautiful surrounding and well equipped. It has all the amenities we needed and we felt right at home. The location is great too as it is only 2 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and 5 mins away from the nearest mall. Its strategic location made traveling around to popular tourist spots very accessible. Highly recommended for any families looking to travel to Perth soon as this is truly a gem!

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike’s place! The location is super convenient—close to the city with plenty of amenities just 5 minutes away. The house itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen that made everything feel just like home. What truly made our stay exceptional was Mike himself. He’s hands down the best host we’ve ever met. He waited to greet us on arrival, walked us through the house, and shared helpful local recommendations. Mike even went the extra mile to help track down a parcel delivery, which we’re truly grateful for. His kindness and hospitality made our stay in Perth unforgettable.
