Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sveti Stefan

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit geweldig! Smaakvol ingericht, het meest heldere water op de wereld, airco op de slaapkamer kwam van pas, perfecte ligging, heerlijk verse bakker achter de hoek, warenhuis op wandelafstand, gebruik van de subs mogelijk,…. Aanrader!!

Its a wonderful place and Brano is the perfect host. We loved it so much there. And cookie the dog and the cat are so cute. Two nights are too short! Thank you for everything Brano!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Если бы можно было поставить 5+, я бы это сделала! Вилла полностью соответствует фото и даже лучше, видно, что за всем следят и ухаживают, все чисто и уютно, много места, хоть мы были только вдвоем. А какой аромат в саду, какие виды на залив и горы, просто непередаваемо, хотелось сидеть часами во дворе и наслаждаться природой и видами. Есть спуск в воду, даже покатались на сапе, несмотря на прохладную водичку, в сезон думаю просто идеально поплавать в кристальной водичке. Владельцы очень дружелюбные и отзывчивые на любые просьбы, дали хорошие рекомендации по ресторанам, угостили фруктами и хорошим вином. Мы уже планируем следующую поездку в это замечательное место, обязательно вернемся! Спасибо вам Maja & Meri 🫶

Pour ce qui est du lieu, il faut le voir car c’est au delà de ce que l’on peut s’imaginer lorsque l’on regarde les photos! Le lieu est un véritable coin de paradis. Impossible de se lasser du réveil les pieds dans l’eau avec une vue de rêve! Le bruit des vagues tout en étant dans la piscine est un apaisement total. La literie est excellente ! Une petite plage est juste en bas de la maison. Tout est parfait! Et pour couronner le tout : des hôtes exceptionnels ! Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé a été extrêmement chaleureux ! Adeptes de Airbnb, c’est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons connu! Tatjiana et son mari sont des personnes avec un sens de l’accueil et une gentillesse indescriptible! Nous voyageons avec un bébé et ils nous ont absolument tout facilité. Des hôtes adorables! Si nous mettons 5 étoiles, c’est qu’il n’est pas possible de noter bien mieux ! Un grand merci de nous 3 😊

Ljiljana varışımıza kadar iletişim halindeydi ve net bilgiler sundu. Erken varmış olmamıza rağmen kolaylık sağlandı. Konaklamamız esnasında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu oldukça iyi ve teras manzarası olağanüstüydü. Önündeki deniz biraz soğuktu, belki kaldığımız dönem itibariyleydi. Genel olarak Horizonti plajını tercih ettik denizi daha sıcak olduğu için. Araç için kendine özel otoparkı olması, doğal ile iç içe olması, budva merkezine 15 dk olması, taş ev olması sebebiyle gündüz serin geceleri sıcak olması, harika manzarası sebebiyle kesinlikle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Kısa süre kalmamıza rağmen kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Mükemmel bir gün doğumu ile uyandım. Sedat Bey tüm süreç boyunca her isteğimize hızlı bir şekilde dönüş sağladı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perast. The house is in a perfect location, close to the small markets and restaurants, and an easy bus ride or 20 minute taxi to Kotor. The view is unbelievable and the host is super attentive. We planned to do more in Montenegro but all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and soak up the surroundings! 10/10

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

The place has everything one can need, weather it’s cooking or cleaning. Sandra is quick in responding and always has answers you need. She welcomed us with small gifts which was a very nice touch. Place worth recommending and remembering. Thank you for having us.

if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the major towns its a beautiful place to stay. Lovely birds sing and fly around and have stunning sunsets. Air conditioning works great all round beautiful place to stay.

We had a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and taxis. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and around 20 minutes to the old town and some beautiful beaches. The flat itself was spotless, with the added bonus of rooftop access, which made for the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or relax in the sun. Highly recommend!

The two of us enjoyed this expansive flat right above the beach promenade for a wonderful week of walking swimming in the sea, and sampling of a variety of restaurants up and down a very walkable coast. While the two bedrooms are more than we needed, it was great to feel that there was so much interior space not only in the bedrooms and bathrooms, but also a huge balcony where we spent many hours watching the world go by. We had cafés and restaurants that were literally two minutes outside of our door, and an endless beach and sea to swim in. There’s also a quick water taxi that can take you into old town Budva if you don’t want to walk the 4 km., and obviously taxis can take you back for the short ride. We will definitely stay here again! So amazingly, relaxing with great sun and sea!

Parfait. Un peu loin de kotor à pied. Mais nous avions la voiture. Un peu tout terrain mais ensuite c’est parfait. L’appartement est top. Merci.

Bayıldık mükemmel bir yer daire çok çok temizdi ve eşyalar son derece yeniydi Manzara şahane sessiz huzurlu.. Ev sahipleri çok nazik merak ettiğimiz herşeyi nazikçe yanıtlayıp bize çok yardımcı oldular. Fotoğraflardan daha da güzel diyebilirim

Tertemiz bir konaklama ve güzel bir tatil deneyimi sundular. Özellikle ön geniş balkon çok kullanışlıydı zamanınızın büyük çoğunluğunu balkonda geçirdik diyebiliriz.

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
