Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sveti Petar u Šumi

Igor has been waiting for us and helped to take our luggages up to the apartment. He was very helpful and kind. The fridge was filled with different drinks and a bottle of wine on the table. The apartment was very clean and nice with attention given to every detail. We could park our car with Igor’s help right behind the building where we stayed. It was nice and peaceful watching the sunset from the balcony. We would like to come back here again.

The Blue Doors apartment was comfortable & cozy. The only drawback was the narrow 28 steps to apartment but once you got your luggage up, it was ok going up & down during the day, not for anyone w/walking problems. Although we ate all meals out, the kitchen was well equipped for light cooking. On the ground floor was another kitchen with a larger cooktop & oven, as well as washer & dryer. Our first day we had a problem regulating the shower water temperature, since we weren't used to European fixtures. Once we were shown how to turn the hot/cold knob on the left firmly towards us, we could control temperature. But you had to be quick, as water heater only held enough hot water for about a 10 min shower. It had to refill (10 mins) before next shower. No big deal-time management needed!! The rooftop terrace was just as pictured but again narrow staircase. It was refreshing to sit up there. Maja told us about Scuba for dinner/delicious. It was very quiet in evening. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Very helpful hostess. We were able to help with all the little problems. The location was also great, everything was easy to reach on foot. There is also a dm in the immediate vicinity.

The place was very clean and smelled good right upon arrival. It’s on the ground floor so it’s a big advantage especially oh you have luggage. The host was responsive. He met us at the parking lot and showed us the way to the apartment. It was conveniently located in the old town so super close to the local market and restaurants. A/C was working just fine.

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

Dajana was a fantastic host! So warm and friendly, made us feel at home and welcome! Lovely apartment and great view! Easy walk to the beach which was amazing and peaceful. We were so appreciative with Dajana helping us as well given our luggage was lost! Fantastic views, lovely time! Would recommend this apartment again! Thank you so much Dajana!

What a stunning place and even more beautiful than on the pictures. We loved our stay at the spotless accommodation and were treated amazingly.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

We were looking for a house in a quiet location at short notice and found Koraljka's "Idyllic Holiday House". The house has complete furnishings. Filter coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, etc. Consumables for kitchen and bathroom are also already there and do not have to be procured separately. As a welcome there was a sausage and cheese platter with bread, very tasty. Hvala. The house is quietly located at the end of a street. The property is fenced and therefore also suitable for larger dogs. The pool was sufficiently large. Due to the depth (approx. 130 cm), only suitable for children who can swim. There are several almost new bicycles available, including 2 children's bikes in different sizes. Koraljka was a very attentive hostess. Our inquiries were always answered in the shortest possible time. Conclusion: if you are looking for a quiet refuge without much hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. We liked it a lot

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We also visited this house with friends and I can confirm that we have never been to a better house for rent. Really beautiful house, brand new and modernly furnished, the view was breathtaking. The owner and manager of the house are very accommodating and always tried to accommodate us. I can't say a single bad word, everything was amazing. I definitely recommend visiting 🌴

Highly recommend this villa if you are travelling with a group of people. Every room has its own bathroom, it has a lot of beautiful corners to chill - the kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need. The villa is beautifully decorated - with lots of charme and details. Its only 30 minutes away from Rovinj and easy to reach with the car! We would stay there again, no question! The communication and check-in was very easy and quick, same with the check-out! We had the perfect stay!

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

We spent 14 days with Franko and his wife Milena in the apartment. A great stay from front to back. Everything was as it was described. The location of the apartment is great in the middle of olive groves. The peace up there is indescribable and you can completely switch off. Franko and his wife are absolutely nice people with a good heart and always an open ear and very helpful. We can therefore only highly recommend the apartment to everyone, as well as the olive oil produced by Franko himself.

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. In short, GREAT!
