Villa holiday rentals in Sveti Petar u Šumi

We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (both under one year). The accommodation was more than perfect! She was incredibly beautiful! Super nice landlord. We were provided with a travel bed and a high chair for both children. The pool was heated, so the children could also get into the water. Very quiet location. We felt so incredibly comfortable and will definitely come again

The stay was great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very flexible, especially with the check-in time. I would book the villa again on my next stay, everything was as imagined, simply fantastic

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. We had a wonderful week in this fantastic Airbnb! The house is rustic and charming on the outside, but ultra-modern on the inside - a perfect combination of coziness and comfort. We really lacked nothing: everything was sparkling clean, well-equipped and designed with great attention to detail. The pool was a real highlight – very well maintained and ideal for relaxing. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet, ideal for unwinding. We would especially like to highlight the host Mario, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and always quickly available. You feel immediately welcome and well looked after. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Gloria and Alen are wonderful and helpful hosts. The villa is a dream, everything is just right here. If you haven't been here yet, you should come, and if you've already been here, you'll come back anyway. We had a wonderful vacation and can recommend this villa one hundred percent!

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

What you see is what you get. Those who seek peace and nature will be happy here. Swallows circling the pool, birds that have long since died out elsewhere, and pheasants, badgers, and deer along the roadside. When we were at the house, we always ate on the beautiful terrace and enjoyed the shade under the walnut tree. The pool was cleaned regularly and we liked it very much. About the house: we felt comfortable immediately. The renovated old stone house with its beautiful roof beams and the modern furnishings complement each other perfectly. 3 real bathrooms (3 showers) for 4 people are more than enough and these are also wonderfully clean. Otherwise: very well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our time at Valentina's very much and will be happy to come back. Conclusion: a great accommodation in the heart of Istria's original nature. Ideal for relaxation and excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. Recommended!

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Simply perfect. From booking to checkout. Rarely have I found such a positive experience while traveling. Even more beautiful and larger in real life than in the pictures. Marina was super communicative and quick to respond. When we are back in Istria, there is only one AirBnB for us.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We booked the accommodation spontaneously because another one was canceled. Everything worked out great and we were more than satisfied. It is a beautifully landscaped garden, a very nice house (with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/4 toilets) - a great outdoor kitchen and a very nice pool. The neighbors were quiet and the donkeys in the adjoining meadow were also sweet and peaceful. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. We will definitely be back.

The villa was even more beautiful than we had hoped. It all looks the same as in the pictures. The facility was spotless and there was everything you need. Even any detergent, dishwashing detergent or cleaning agent. The kitchen was also impeccably furnished and everything was very clean. Each bathroom had plenty of towels and toilet paper. The location is perfect, within a few minutes you are at the nearest supermarket and there are many good restaurants nearby. Even with loud music, we have absolutely no problems with the neighbors. It was always very quiet and you were not disturbed by anything. Our stay was perfect and we would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

My stay in this beautiful house deserves 5 stars. Communication was simple and Alenka responded extremely quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay in this peaceful and natural environment. The location is perfect for accessing any coastal part of Istria within a maximum of 30 minutes drive. I highly recommend it!

We spent our vacation in this villa and all we can say is that it exceeded our expectations! The house is located on a huge fenced property, everything is full of greenery, and everything is arranged with a lot of taste and love, perfectly clean and tidy. We enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet, and yet we were close to Poreč and Rovinj, so it took us only 15-20 min drive to the sea... We definitely recommend this villa and we will come back again!
