Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

På sommeren er det lange lyse netter, og på vinteren kan du være så heldig at du ser nordlyset. Tilgang til sjøen. Kort vei inn til Trondheim sentrum (ca. 15-20 minutter med bil). Stor fordel med bil. Få bussavganger. Huset har 6 sengeplasser, men det er mulig å re opp til en person til.

Many parks and volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity. Gravel road to the city field starts just a few hundred meters down the road. 1.5km into the city center, via either the harbour promenade or the city streets. Lovely apartment and location. Price for any longer stay (over 2 weeks) can be agreed.

Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.
