Cozy apartment in the center of Trondheim. The apartment is located in the backyard of an older townhouse from 1878 in the heart of Ila. There is a separate entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the townhouse. The apartment consisted of a room that is combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door closet, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower enclosure, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most things but also good bus connections.

Large townhouse/townhouse on a classic old farm. Quiet and rural location close to the fjord with 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. There are several beaches/swimming areas to choose in between from a 10-15 min walk. 10 minutes by bus into the city centre, frequent departures. Various shops and serving places (pizza, sushi, hamburger, seafood) within short walking distance. Sunny terrace on the 1st floor and evening sun on the roof terrace on the 3rd floor. Three living rooms/living areas. Large green outdoor areas and own playground on the farm.

Cabin by the waterfront

Enjoy a stylish experience in a central location. The cabin is located right on the seafront only a few meters to the sea/boat/beach life. The famous frostasty is just outside of the cabin field. The cabin is located on the upper row with great views. If it is desired to rent bed linen/towels, it must be notified in advance and this is provided. This costs 250,- per person. If you want to rent a boat, there are opportunities for this 5 min away by car. Let us know and we can pass on contact info if interested.

Ta en turen til historiske Tautra, se unike fugler i fuglereservatet, eller nyt nattehimmelen med stjerner og nordlys fra vår utendørs jacuzzi. 60 minutters kjøring til Trondheim. 40 min. til Levanger og Stjørdal/Trondheim lufthavn. Vi har 4 soveplasser på vinteren og 6 fra mai-oktober. På sommeren kan to bo i naustet. Nært båtutleie (sommer). Ved pilgrimsleden!

Top floor apartment with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden and only 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing yet urban holiday, or for working remotely. You will hear the soothing sound of waves against the shore while sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several parks and footpaths nearby. There is a beach just outside the building where you can enjoy baths all year round. If you like hiking, there are entries into Bymarka only minutes away.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Big outdoor deck with BBQ and seating. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people You have the ocean on one side and the Forrest on the other, with great hiking possibilities. The jacuzzi cost ekstra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Moderne og koselig 3 roms hjørneleilighet som ligger sentralt på populære lilleby. Leilighet på 55 kvm og er fullt møblert. Veranda med utemøbler er tilgjengelig. Dobbelseng på begge rom. Beliggenhet/nærhet: 10 minutters gange fra solsiden og 25 minutters gange fra Midtbyen. Gode buss/tog forbindelser i nærheten. Kjøpesenter, lekeland, og kafeer i umiddelbar nærhet til leiligheten. Dagligvare 200 meter unna.

Cozy cabin in Storvika

Liten men koselig hytte i Storvika med vann, strøm og vedfyring. En sovealkove i hytta og et anneks med bad og soverom. Hytta ligger i skogen ca 400 meter fra Storvika Strand og friluftsområde. Storvika er Trøndelags fineste strand og en super badeplass! Storvika har også flere boltede ruter for fjellklatring og stranda blir mye benyttet til vindsurfing og kiting. Gangavstand til togstasjon og sentrum.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
