The home is newly renovated with conservation details with a magical tranquility. Access to boat (summertime), jetty and wind shelter with barbecue facilities by one lake about 150 meters and wonderful views of the other. Wood-fired sauna can be rented, SEK 300 per occasion, as well as an electric motor for the boat. Fishing licenses are required for fishing. The beds are made and towels are on site when you arrive.

Welcome to fresh cottage in an amazing nature with species-rich surroundings. The cottage is added to 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and one sofa bed. When you look out you have some views of the lake where you also have access to boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer passing by the cabin. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find grocery store 20 minutes drive from the cabin. There are a total of 3 cabins in the area and we are renting out two of these.

There is a hefty plot with room for play, and a big trampoline! Or come to enjoy the tranquility and tranquility, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

A modern cottage in the middle of nature that invites to peaceful forest walks. A rich wildlife outside the window and own garden to use for a morning coffee in the sun. For the swimmer, it is only 7 km to Holsjön which is one of West Sweden's finest and bathing-friendly lakes with its shallow water & long sandy beach. If you want more than just nature and relaxation, it's only 40 minutes to Gekås in Ullared and equally far to Borås Zoo. 1 hour and 20 minutes to Liseberg. Rentals all year round.

Bland kohagar och grönska ligger ”Lugnet”, ett vackert hus från 1700-talet med bevarad charm & historia. Som samtidigt har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva som badrum, utrustat kök och uppvärmning. Här finns gott om plats inne och ute! Lugnet är precis som det låter - lugnt, avskilt och med närhet till både bad och svampplock i skogen intill. Ca 10min till närmsta badsjö och under 15min Svenljunga centrum. Eller varför inte besöka Borås djurpark, Gekås Ullared eller Göteborg.

The cottage is built in 2010 and gives a fresh and modern impression, this is a perfect place for those who are looking for quiet days, with sun bathing and barbecue. The nearest bathing area is 80 metres away, where there is also a barbecue area and boat that guests can borrow.
