The apartment has a private entrance, small kitchen, dining area and living room with sea view, 2 x bedrooms with double beds, toilet & bath. Possibility of extra bed in the living room. On the south-facing terrace overlooking the sound, there is also the possibility of sitting outside and possibly lighting up the grill. Note: We have a dog (peaceful Labrador) on the ground floor.

Lützens Palæ, newly renovated, 180 m2, directly to Svendborgsund. Beach, marina, views from all primary rooms and balcony. 5-10 minutes to the city center, cafes, restaurants, theater and music. Elevator to hallway, which opens into a new Swan kitchen, with cooking island, wine cooler, etc., open to a large living room and the view of the sound. Bathroom, with double sink, and double shower. Stay in your own house on the island of Thurø in the middle of the beautiful, southern Funen countryside with the forest as a neighbor and close to the water. You can enjoy good beaches and hike in the island's forests and out on the beach meadows. Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the old woodcutting workshop. The house has its own entrance. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In total, the house is 40 square meters with its own terrace and access to the garden. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Stay exciting in a beautiful annex in Svendborg.

Cozy annexe for 1 people. In the cabin there is a small kitchenette, kettle, wine glasses. There is no access to the kitchen or food storage. Restaurant Asia is close by, where dinner can easily be taken. Drinks can be bought in the small bar we have in the hallway. Beautiful terrace for the annex. . PC space. Not suitable for small children. Access to bathroom 1 min. from the annex. The cabin is 2 km from the water. Netto is on the same road as we live. See you!

2 minutes from Svendborg Centrum and within walking distance to the beach, the cozy cafes, the harbor, etc. - the apartment is a basement apartment with a private entrance in a quiet property. The apartment has charm and is cozily decorated. Good space and fully equipped with tableware, towels, dishcloths, 2 good beds and sofa bed for 2 people. A nice place for you, who want to stay centrally in Svendborg. Easy access to trains and buses.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but good is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are up to two duvets and bed linen, and of course there are towels for both of you.
