Holiday rentals with a patio in Sužan

Val is very friendly and hospitable host. She welcomed us at the apartment, explained everything about the apartment and its surroundings. She was very responsive. It was a bit windy the 1st day so the next day she came by to clean the entrance from all the leaves. The apartment is cosy and is close by the beach and a little shop. It’s a bit in the outskirts of the center, but just a 5 min drive away by car or you can walk to the center on a beautiful coastline road which takes around 40 minutes. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience!

Невероятный отдых, очень приветливая хозяйка(пошла нам на встречу в нашем пожелании), очень стильная квартира, просторная, светлая, шикарный вид, с террасы не хотелось уходить даже в дождик. Все продумано. Видно, что квартира делалась для себя, продуманы все детали. Восхищение уже с порога. Нам было представлено два парковочных места, за что отдельное спасибо. Хозяйка говорит не только на английском, но и на итальянском(как оказалось). Мебель, постель, обстановка_все на высшем уровне. Дополнительные полотенца, дополнительные подушки, пледы. Очень много места для хранения. Кухня укомплектована на самом высшем уровне. Мы отдыхали в пятом, нам всем очень понравился отдых. Апартаменты действительно стоят этих денег. Нам безумно понравилось, мы даже пожалели, что оплатили всего 6 ночей. Думаем, что ещё приедем сюда. Всё было на высшем уровне, даже немного дождливая погода в сентябре не смутила нас и не испортила отдых. Спасибо большущее Пани Ведрана за столько положительных эмоций. Рекоменд

Saša host impeccabile: reattivo, disponibile e sorridente. Vista mozzafiato, ambiente nel verde. La strada per arrivare alla struttura non è comodissima, ma si fa volentieri uno sforzo 😊 unica cosa da segnalare: l’acqua fredda viene con un getto molto debole e lo sciacquone impiega molto a ricaricarsi. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen und Hund im Apartment. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig. Alles sauber, Ausstattung top. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch nach Crikvenica Zentrum gelangt man innerhalb von 15 min entlang der Strandpromenade. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Unterkunft buchen!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming apartment. The location is perfect. The apartment itself is very quiet an cosy. The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed and providing great local tips. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment!

We spent a week in Krk and had the luck to stay in Blankas house, 5 minutes walk from the seaside. We experienced Blanka as a welcoming and lovely host, the flat was super clean and had everything we needed. We went with a child and that also worked out well in that space. I admire how Blanka was around and available whenever we needed her but at the same time created a calm and private space. She was also super sweet with our daughter. Will definitely stay there again if possible. High recommendation!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartman Studio Andelka Grzetić war super schön. Besonders die Gastgeber*innen sind warmherzig und das Beisammensitzen hat uns gefreut. Wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse und neuwertige ausgestattete Küche - super zum kochen.

Abbiamo passato una settimana nell’alloggio di Tin; tutto coincide con la descrizione, pulitissimo e in una zona tranquilla, host molto gentile e disponibile; consiglio vivamente l’utilizzo di un’auto poiché non ci sono strutture vicine a meno che vogliate camminare per centinaia di metri anche in salita, mare bellissimo sia a Njivice, Malinska ma anche a Cizici e Veglia; noi avendo un cane siamo stati in spiagge dedicate, molto presenti su tutta l’isola di Krk (necessarie scarpette per le rocce; spiagge non attrezzate). Non passando tutto il giorno in spiaggia per via del cane abbiamo fatto tante passeggiate nei boschi sia sulla costa che nell’entroterra; in conclusione…vacanza stupenda!

Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

Der Aufenthalt bei Dragana war sehr schön. Sie und Ihr Mann sind tolle, ganz freundliche Gastgeber. Ihr Appartement ist zwar ziemlich klein, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön, sowie der Weg zum Meer hinter dem Haus. Die Umgebung ist auch schön und die Promenade liegt ganz in der Nähe. Der Flughafen liegt zwar in der Nähe, aber wir haben nur bei unserem Spaziergang einen fliegen gehört. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass wir außerhalb der Session zu Besuch waren. Wir haben es auf jeden Fall dort genossen.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Ein kleines Juwel an der Küste bei Senj, mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel KrK. Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) in dem super Haus mit den beiden getrennten Einheiten wundervolle warme Herbsttage verbracht, innen und außen alles top! Ivan hat uns an der Küstenstrasse beim Checkin abgeholt, war die gesamte Zeit immer erreichbar & wirklich ein Superhost. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mit der Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber bis hin zu der Umgebung, den Essensmöglichkeiten und den Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind wir alle sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung selbst ist ihr Geld wert und selbst im Winter bietet die Stadt einen schönen Anblick aufgrund der umfangreichen Weihnachtsbeleuchtung. kann ich nur empfehlen und wir werden mit Sicherheit zurück kommen.

We had a great time, the place was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of amenities. The road to the driveway is super steep, so needs a bit of skill if you are traveling by car. The owners live upstairs, so it's not 100% private, however they are very friendly. We received a welcome drink and a bottle of wine in the fridge.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war liebevoll, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Der Check-in war sehr flexibel, obwohl sich unsere Ankunftszeit ständig verändert hat (aufgrund der Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, die im Stau standen…) Von der Stadt bis zum Appartement sind es einige Stufen zu laufen. Aber die sind das Appartement, der Garten, der Ausblick und die Gastgeberin wert!

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

** This apartment is a must stay if you are in Senj ** We are so pleased to have found Ana's apartment with rooftop views of Senj. What a stunning location. The apartment was fully kitted with everything needed to feel right at home - we even managed to wash our clothes and hang to dry on the line - it took no more than 30 minutes! We enjoyed our stay in Senj and the apartment was clean. The hosts were very kind, genuine and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. One we will remember for a very long time. Thank you!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Sanja war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und hatte uns sogar etwas Essen vorab besorgt da wir an einem Feiertag bei geschlossenen Geschäften ankamen. Für unsere Kinder hatte sie extra Spielzeug bereit gelegt was bei diesen auch super ankam. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl bei ihr und man kann es sich nicht besser wünschen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas am Hang was die Anfahrt etwas schwieriger macht und den Fußweg hoch vom Strand auch etwas beschwerlicher aber die Aussicht die man dafür hat ist es absolut wert und sonst bringt die Wohnung wirklich viele Möglichkeit. Der kleine Garten mit Grillstelle war auch super. Danke für alles!

Adriano ist a super Host! Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und gut verbindet mit der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut, der ist sehr nett und freundlich. Gerne weiterempfehlen!!!

Se ami stare circondato dalla natura e nel silenzio, questa è la casa giusta per te! Lo spazio all'esterno è semplicemente stupendo: abbiamo adorato trascorrere le serate all'aria aperta in compagnia delle cicale. La cucina è essenziale ma molto organizzata e pulita così come il resto dell'abitazione. Marta è adorabile, gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Daniel ed io abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore.
