Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

Vi har haft en dejlig påskeferie i Villa White som levede op til alle forventninger. En meget smuk have og masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 mennesker. Fantastisk udsigt over området fra altanen. Vejret var for koldt til fuldt at nyde poolen, men indretning med området omkring poolen var super hyggelig. Soveværelserne var fine, vi kunne have ønsket os mere sofaplads i stuen og lidt flere fade og service i køkkenet. Dario og Emanuella var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Landskabet i området er meget smukt. Der er mulighed for masser af udflugter i nærområdet med bil, og nemt også at komme til Rom. Vi kan varmt anbefale at holde ferie her.

Excellent place to stay for large groups or families. The house and area were beautiful. If you have a vehicle when you visit Rome, I highly recommend this place. it's a very nice alternative to the fast pace in Rome. Our family was very comfortable during our stay.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving. Siamo stati 3 notti in questa fantastica casa veramente bella curata e accessoriata di qualsiasi utilità , la piscina il paesaggio e il verde veramente unica, torneremo sicuramente consiglio vivamente per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e passare dei bellissimi giorni, inoltre per la distanza del viaggio siamo arrivati alle 3 del mattino e ci hanno accolto in modo meraviglioso con 3 brioches altrettanto meravigliose. Grazie mille Roberta e Francesco torneremo presto e non vediamo l’ora.

This house is a gem (and the photos don't capture it's brilliance). The location is perfect not only because it's in a secluded spot that ensures privacy, while also being close to small and larger towns worth visiting for dinner. Also thanks to it's (unexpected) elevation: the evenings are noticeably cooler than in the lowlands, so you can sleep really well in the middle of a hot summer. The house has been beautifully renovated, the pool is a wonderful addition, and Federico is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely want to return with friends in the future.

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

Un soggiorno splendido, immerso nella natura. Ci siamo divertiti molto in piscina e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la natura e i paesi nei dintorni. La casa è stata una piacevole scoperta per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di relax. Host davvero gentile e disponibile. Super consigliato!

Een prachtige plek. We werden bij aankomst rond 16 uur hartelijk ontvangen door Nicola en haar man Andrea. Doordat het namiddag was kregen we van hen een wijntje en voor dat we het wisten was het middernacht. Een aankomst zoals wij niet eerder meemaakten. Het huis is ruim, mooi, compleet en in perfecte staat. Sta je in de keuken je best te doen een Italiaanse maaltijd te bereiden, dan hoef je niet bang te zijn mis te grijpen: alles is voorhanden en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Het zwembad heeft bijna olympische afmetingen en wordt schitterend omzoomd door glooiende grasvelden die goed zijn onderhouden. De tuin heeft een zodanige omvang dat je iedere dag wel op een ander plekje kunt ontbijten. Dat zorgt ervoor dat je steeds kunt genieten van een ander indrukwekkend uitzicht. We kregen allerhande tips van Nicola, variërend van bezienswaardigheden tot de beste winkels in de buurt. Ons verblijf was er een om nooit te vergeten. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader!

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

Daniele is a fantastic host. He was very responsive to some issues we had in the first couple of days. He was also very helpful when we had an issue with some of our luggage. The garden and pool are fantastic. The interior of the villa is nice but slightly dated. I would recommend a car to visit other areas and for supermarket. You are only 10 minutes from the local train station with direct trains which get you into Rome within 20-30 minutes. The town is quiet in the week but very busy at the weekend and maybe due to visiting in April there was not much open on the beach itself. I’m sure that changes as you get into the season. Some great local restaurants and bakery’s which were all reasonably priced.

Esperienza impeccabile, casa super accessoriata non mancava nulla neanche la camomilla, ideale per chi volesse passare un periodo di relax senza nessun pensiero con una vista lago incantevole, se si potesse assegnare piu stelle lo farei. Francesco come Host è stato super disponibile anche piu del dovuto. Super consigliata!

Ho trascorso uno splendido fine settimana con dieci amici ospitati da Ferdinando e Ludovica: la casa è spaziosa, ben tenuta e con tutti i conforts (aggiungerei giusto la tv nel salone), camere all'altezza, giardino ampio e ben curato, piscina fantastica, barbecue. Il tutto immersi nella tranquillità della campagna romana ma comunque a cinque minuti dal centro abitato di Campagnano per ogni esigenza. Hosts gentili e discreti. Caldamente consigliato.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

Soggiorno stupendo, dall’arrivo fino al check out (che gentilmente ci ha posticipato di qualche ora) ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative e tutto come da descrizione, 3 giorni di puro relax e sicuramente non esiteremo a tornare sicuramente per più di 3 giorni! È stato un vero dispiacere dover andare via!

It was a great stay! Schöne Villa mit viel Platz zum entspannen. Der Pool und die schöne Terasse runden den Wohlfühlfaktor ab. Die Villa bietet viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Check in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation war steht’s schnell und freundlich.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Rosemary in Sutri with its beautiful garden and extraordinary swimming pool. Everybody loved the plastic swan in the pool which we nicknamed Svanhvít in Icelandic. A dream villa! The villa is fantastically located when it comes to finding something to do, e.g. golf, paddel, tennis etc or visit Rome. Shops to buy groceries, bread and beverages are very close and also good restaurants. Our hosts Annelies and Renato were so nice and always ready to help us or take care of things for us. In short, the summer holiday in Sutri will be remembered very fondly in the years to come by my family. We would love to visit Sutri and Villa Rosemary again.
