We loved our stay at villa white. the pool was amazing and the views from the balconies was great. the house had everything we needed and we felt at home.

Such a fantastic place, big,clean, cozy and private. it had all we needed and more, very interesting use of colour too. we had a beautiful stay, wish we stayed more. we definitely recommend !

I spent a wonderful weekend with ten friends hosted by Ferdinando and Ludovica: the house is spacious, well maintained and with all the comforts (I would just add the TV in the living room), rooms up to par, large and well-kept garden, fantastic swimming pool, barbecue. All immersed in the tranquility of the Roman countryside but still five minutes from the town of Campagnano for every need. Friendly and discreet hosts. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay for large groups or families. The house and area were beautiful. If you have a vehicle when you visit Rome, I highly recommend this place. it's a very nice alternative to the fast pace in Rome. Our family was very comfortable during our stay.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Stefano is a detail-oriented, tasteful, warm-hearted host, and has its own property operating model.This small green house is very new and clean, and it is even more beautiful than the pictures, you can find anything you need in every corner of the room, even the utensils in the cupboard are very nice and cute!The lemon tree in front of the house also drops fresh lemons every day which is new to me haha.But to go to the attractions and the airport can only take a bus or taxi, it will take a little time, which makes this small house very quiet, suitable for a comfortable rest!In addition, the sandwich at the little coffee shop in the alley is also very delicious, we go there every day and sit for a while before we go out, generally very, very satisfied.🥰

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. A secret garden nestled in a corner of paradisiacal vegetation with a beautiful view ready to amaze. Roberta, the dessert was delicious, your welcome and your kind soul made us happy. An enviable location for visiting the wonderful places of Lake Bracciano. The villa is very beautiful, clean and tastefully furnished with details that make the difference. We are sure we will return with the whole family to enjoy more days. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you Roberta!

We spent a long weekend at this place for a wedding-ceremony with our families The place is a lot more beutiful than you are led to believe by the pictures, but to be honest the thing that really did it for us was the constant care of Valerie. She was fast to answer questions and extras before our stay there, but during the stay she and the rest of the staff was just great. All of us fel very welcome and everytime we asked for something it was met with a smile. We could truly focus on our families and our wedding and everything else was just fast and easily taken care. If I could give more than 5 stars to the hospitality, Valerie and the staff I would. We are just ever thankful!

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

A beautiful stay, surrounded by nature. We had a lot of fun in the pool and really appreciated the nature and the surrounding villages. The house was a pleasant discovery to relax and enjoy some relaxation. Really kind and helpful host. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

We had a fantastic family stay at this villa! Mauricio was an excellent host, maintaining clear communication throughout our visit. His flexibility with our check-in was particularly appreciated; being able to settle in right after a 20-hour flight made a huge difference.

I cannot say enough about how perfect the property was for our family. Spacious, homey, the pool was amazing, and the ping pong table was a great addition for our kids! There were games, books, cards all available for our use. They connected us with a chef for a cooking class at the house that was incredible. They were quick to respond and help throughout our time. I am so grateful for our time there and would 100% recommend and return!

We weren’t disappointed when we approached S’farina down the long private cedar lined drive . Beautiful stone house over looking rolling countryside and picturesque local hill top village . Lovely terrace and gardens with fabulous infinity pool and pool house with shower:toilet and sauna ( we didn’t use as 37 degrees outside ! We were meet by Veronica who helpfully showed us to the location , she was helped with other few enquires . Well tended pool and gardens by friendly pool man . Inside fantastic characterful rooms and bedrooms all huge with high ceilings and beams . All rooms en-suite and with A/C which was so welcome ! Lots of seating areas outside for quiet reading but also lovely terrace at the back where we ate all our meals . Racquets and bats for a bit of fun in the cooler moments , only disappointment was the bikes weren’t in working order . Orvieto , cascade de la Marmore , Viterbo , Todi, Lake Bolsena all fab . We loved S’farina and would highly recommend it x

Impeccable experience, super equipped house was not missing anything, even the chamomile, ideal for those who want to spend a period of relaxation without any thought with an enchanting lake view, if you could assign more stars I would do it. Francesco as a Host was super helpful even more than he should. Highly recommended!

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

A really great place to stay, lovely villa with an incredible outside area, great pool and beds. View over the fields is beautiful and the local town has great restaurants and a lovely evening vibe. Supermarket 5 mins by car. We had a very good stay.

It was a pleasure to spend the time in the villa. The last 2min to reach the villa are a bit rough in regards to the street but once it's reached you'll have a great time also with a bigger group

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Rosemary in Sutri with its beautiful garden and extraordinary swimming pool. Everybody loved the plastic swan in the pool which we nicknamed Svanhvít in Icelandic. A dream villa! The villa is fantastically located when it comes to finding something to do, e.g. golf, paddel, tennis etc or visit Rome. Shops to buy groceries, bread and beverages are very close and also good restaurants. Our hosts Annelies and Renato were so nice and always ready to help us or take care of things for us. In short, the summer holiday in Sutri will be remembered very fondly in the years to come by my family. We would love to visit Sutri and Villa Rosemary again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time. We were two families with girls 6-11 in age and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen, and lovely outdoor eating space. The pool was the best part. There were flowers around the pool and so many butterflies. It was gorgeous.
