Cutest little Airbnb!! My husband and I came up for the weekend so that I could run the Gorges Ithaca Half Marathon. It was equal in distance to Trumansburg and Ithaca (just 10 minute easy drive to each!) , which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved the peacefulness of our stay, the beauty of the location and Heather was more than responsive! We knew exactly what to expect (and even we greeted by the 3 sweetest little dogs!). We highly recommend this place and we will absolutely keep this place in mind for when we come back!

I do a lot of Airbnb’s, and this one goes down as one of the beat. Relaxed and easy, great bathroom and bedroom. Perfectly comfortable! Stairs to enter are the only hard part. A wonderful experience….

A Perfect Weekend Getaway! We had such a memorable stay at this alpaca farm! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel right at home — they were so kind and genuinely conversational, which set a warm tone for the whole visit. The alpacas were definitely a highlight — such a unique and charming experience, especially for my daughter who absolutely adored them. It’s not every day you get to hang out with alpacas in such a relaxed and welcoming setting! The pool, hands down, was our favorite part — clean, refreshing, and perfect for unwinding. The ambiance throughout the property was peaceful and serene, exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the carriage house, which was spotless and beautifully maintained — cozy, quiet, and perfect for our little family. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something a little different, relaxing, and full of charm. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

What a beautiful escape from reality. From the creative art at every turn to the disconnect of not having a television present this place will inspire your own creative side. The musical instruments and books galore and the architecture of the guesthouse as well as the main house all work together to bring out the creative side of anyone.

Loved the place. Terrific ambiance. William was a great host and very friendly and helpful. All the extra candy was a very nice touch as well.

Had a lovely stay. One of the closest properties to the Main Street in town, so you are able to relax in a quiet space but also go to and from town as often and as easily as you’d like. Host was very communicative, offering flexible check in and check out as well as local recommendations. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay, the place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable—just a beautifully appointed guest house overall. We also loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the lovely view of the lake. It was a perfect home base for our visit to the Finger Lakes area—convenient to many local sights and restaurant options. The hosts were responsive when needed but mostly unobtrusive. Everything was easy about the stay, from check-in to our departure. Highly recommend!

The pool house is the perfect place to nest and rest and find respite after a long day!! It felt so good to be out in the country yet not too far from great restaurants and the amenities in town. I thoroughly enjoyed my dip in the pool!!! A perfect way to reset and refresh! The space is clean and comfortable with a super cozy bed. I loved sitting at the counter with the evening sun cascading through the window and having breakfast outside by the pool in the morning. I am excited to return later in the month!

We enjoyed our time at Kayla's place. Home was private, quiet and really clean. Very close to restaurants and shopping but still very quiet and private. Enjoyed the mornings sitting on the porch looking at the farm across the street. Home had everything you could need. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect spot for visiting family in the area. Immaculately clean, cozy, all the amenities we could need, and super comfortable beds. Katelyn was such a warm and gracious host - we appreciated the special local touches (delicious cider donuts) and her incredibly kind hospitality. The pool was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We truly couldn't have hoped for a more wonderful stay and hope to return again! Our many thanks for an ideal stay!

Vicky’s place was fresh and clean and hosted the perfect space for our whole family. There was a playground nearby for the kids and we felt right at home during our stay!

Wonderful place, responsive and friendly hosts. We only visited for 1 day but wish we had more time to spend at this location, will likely visit again.

My husband and I arrived late, around 9:30pm, because we had commuted after work in NYC. Everything was impeccable. The home is perfect in some many ways. We felt very comfortable and got an amazing night's sleep. The following more we had to head out early to pick our daughter up from Binghamton. She stayed with us on our second night. Nicolette's and Tim's Tiny Horse Barn is so perfect. It is exact amount of space we needed. Even though the space is space, there were 5 tissue boxes in perfect locations. This may seem a small thing to some. But if you have allergies, it is SO appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with keurig coffee pods, creamers, sugar, tea kettle and more than everything we needed. Equally the bathroom was perfect. The beds were super comfortable as was the temperature. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The attention to detail is amazing. Everywhere there are little hints of horses, but not in an overwhelming way. We actually are having book sent :)

We had a really good time staying at this place, everything was better than in the pictures, wonderful view, very clean apartment, I would rent it again!

Staying in this home was as cozy as being in your own home. Every detail to the home was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly like the photos. The home was extremely clean and most of all the hosts Katrina and Tamar were the best hosts we have ever had. They are so warm and friendly and make you feel so comfortable. We can’t wait to make it back to the barn.

Kitchen and Laundry makes this rental above and beyond my expectations. The large family tv room is great and spacious. An Added bonus is the distance from Marietta. You can’t hear the train blow its horn at 2am 3am 4am from Maytown!

Anne’s Carriage House apartment is truly a gem. This was a return visit for me and my friend’s Girl’s Trip. Hard to imagine improving on excellence but it was the case. The accommodations are tasteful and charming inside— well appointed, super clean and plenty of space. The kitchenette was spotless and well appointed with items for our use. We could prepare a nice breakfast before going out to the many local sites and attractions nearby. With the rainy weather we encountered on our trip, the dryer came in particularly handy. The setting is just as wonderful— Anne’s garden, and the meadows and pastures nearby provide a peaceful tranquility along with quiet and privacy. Anne is a wonderful host. When an unfortunate event happened to my car, she was caring and supportive, and let us stay a bit longer to address the follow up. Her restaurant suggestions were spot-on too! She always responded promptly and thoughtfully. I would happily rebook Anne’s place and hope to return some day soon

This was our first time at the Keuka Lake Beach house cottage. It is exactly as described in listing. Rob greeted us upon our arrival , gave us a quick tour of the cottage and let us know he was just a text away if we needed anything or had any questions. The cottage setting was so relaxing… our favorite part of our vacation was just sitting on the dock and porch deck reading, drawing, and just listening to the gentle lake water sounds. The setting and aura of the cottage on the lake made it a little hard to leave to explore and enjoy the area! We did manage to leave and check out the area’s towns, trails and small stores. We also enjoyed walks along the road right outside of the cottage which has minimal traffic . There is also a wooded trail right across the street from the cottage . Our Golden Retriever also had a great time relaxing and swimming. He made a new friend in Rob’s Labrador, QB(?) We would definitely return to this cottage and highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful place, conveniently located. Our cat absolutely loved it. If you would like, I can send a picture as well. There was a little confusion about what was available on the TV, but that was quickly and clearly resolved. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We were actually delightfully, surprised by all the little touches, including snacks waiting for us, a s’mores kit, and a bunch of stuff for dogs, even though we had a cat. Overall, it was a great experience and a wonderful place. Thank you!

Tim’s place was the perfect place to spend a night while in Lancaster vending at an event. Super clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Off street parking was very convenient. Tim was very nice and helpful. Will definitely book again when we have more time to spend. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine trail! The view overlooking Seneca Lake was gorgeous. The cottage was immaculate, clean and very comfortable. We loved the opportunity to exploring the local wineries. With downtown Watkins Glen only a mile away, we had access to everything from a very convenient location. As a grown up kid, I appreciated spending time in the game room too, wish I could have spent more time there!The Kline Cottage is a “must stay” destination. Thank you Mallory!
