Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Šušanj

One of the best views of the bay in Montenegro! We spent a lot of time in the balcony just watching how the bay changes with different weather and light conditions. You can even see dolphins! It’s beautiful!!! The hosts are really warm, open and helpful. The apartment is just as described. The area is local, safe, quiet. We felt right at home. We stayed here for a month and absolutely didn’t want to leave. Thank You, Ivetta and Artur for an unforgettable stay. ❤️

We had a wonderful time at Berke's apartment. Everything was as described. The apartment is located in an apartment complex just above Morinj. From the shared pool you had a fantastic view over the bay and he always offered a good refreshment. The departure was very flexible, it was no problem to leave the apartment on request until 12 o'clock instead of 10 am. Thanks again!

the apartments are really great - it has a very nice balcony view and is literally in the middle of the city, so very convenient! the host is very responsive and easygoing :) so i would recommend it!

It was the most beautiful vacation I’ve ever had in my life. I went with my girlfriend, whom I love more than anything, and we had the best holiday of our lives. The host, Oleg, is a wonderful person, and his wife is also amazing. Montenegro was the most beautiful place for a vacation. We felt like we were in paradise. It’s a place everyone should visit at least once in their life.

Accommodation located 5 minutes from the old town of Kotor with mountain views. Family home. Andjelko is a perfect host who picked us up at the bus station and took us to the cable car.

Mirko had a lovely place for 6 guests. The apartment had a lot of space for us and it was clean. The host was very responsive and even recommended and set up a boat tour for us which was phenomenal. The only downside is that the apartment is on a hill but the view is by far worth it. The location is ideal for someone who can walk up the hill or has a car and doesn’t want to live in the hustle of the old town and get great views

Fully equipped apartment in a newly built house with a generous parking space next to it. Nearly every kind of store/market is within reach of a few meters of walking. The provided food recommendations were fantastic. Also had the chance to meet the lovely hosts and their family (thanks again for the invitation!). Summarized, one of the best Airbnb-experiences I've ever had! The value for money is simply unbeatable. If you're considering staying in this area, definitely go to Tjaša's and Milos' place!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The flat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and always cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning — such a treat to return to after a day out. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. Stefana was the perfect host: incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She even booked a cab for us when we were checking out, which made things so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing place to stay. Great location in Dobrota walkable to old town and close by beaches / restaurants and lovely walks along the water front. Can’t recommend enough, the host was super friendly and flexible with check in and outs and very kind. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a room with sea view and it was perfect

Darko is a really kind and accommodating host willing to go the extra mile for his guests. Although the suite may be small, it's located just a stones throw from old town and the beach front, with lots of options for eating out. Taxis are available from the near by hotel for those wanting to go further afield.

This was an excellent place, Milo’s was a very responsive host. Our flight got delayed, and we arrived about 6 hours late in the middle of the night and yet he was nothing but helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!

Everything was a sheer delight here from the moment we arrived till we left, from the moment we woke up in the morning till we fell asleep. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you SO much. Villa Anzhero meets the requirement of a perfect holiday so effortlessly. Its proximity to Zanjice beach’s power-soft stone sands, crystalline water, pristine rainforest and lively restaurants are almost cliches in themselves. The villa itself, is home to a strong of sumptuous resorts, from the swimming pool, sauna, gym, to the gorgeous garden. Especially the spacious sea-facing balcony and dining room are justifiably stunning for its dazzling sea and beach scene. Night is falling in Montenegro, when our kayaks skid to a halt in front of an unprecedented sunseet. From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

Really lovely and clean place, pool was an added touch. Location is around a 15 min walk from the Old town. Lovely and friendly host. Kitchen amenities could be slightly better, no chopping board/chopping knives. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it!

We had a vacation with a child and friends. The cabin is small but very cozy. We were accommodated in two rooms on the second floor, friends (mother with child) lived on the first, in the end, three adults and two children 6 and 11 years old were accommodated quite comfortably. There is a kitchen in the house and on the street, we used the last one, in the evenings you can sit at a table surrounded by flowering trees and drink delicious and inexpensive local wine :) The sea is very close, barking is rocky, but if you walk a little further left from the street where the house stands, you can find small beaches with a good entrance. The sea is incredibly clean, we took masks for the children and in the evening we looked at the fish, it's a complete delight! We rented a car at the airport and drove around a few places, but the sea was the most interesting here :) There is a small garage for the car, which is very convenient, because it is difficult to park in the narrow streets. Within a 10-minute drive there is a supermarket, bakeries, a small shop with groceries and all sorts of details in the next house, there are some nice cafes. With the availability of the car, the location was very good - we reached Bar (new and old ), Ulcinj, Kotor and even Shkoder of the border Albanian city.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!
