Beachfront holiday rentals in Surfside Beach

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

Perfect location and Hospitality was 100% I'll be Booking again very soon....

Service was good. Host was responsive. Utilized the hot water and microwave but it would’ve been nice to have it in the unit instead of in the lobby . Business center was nice to have and be able to print needed papers. Front desk was kind and polite.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Responsive, clean, comfortable!

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

We stayed for 3 nights. check in was easy, front desk very professional and comfortable with airbnb guests. Easy to use the pool area the gym and all of the things the building offers. the apartmant has an amazing wiew and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. place was clean our host Martha was fantastic with super quick straight forward responses. I had an amazing stay in Miami! The apartment is absolutely beautiful — stylish, modern, and very functional, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was spotless upon arrival, and the self check-in process was seamless thanks to the clear instructions. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the beach with private access, which made the experience even more special. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami!

Such an amazing 4 day stay we had at this property! Check in was seamless, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect! The view was breathtaking & even better than the pictures displayed. The host always responded to any requests I had super quickly. Anytime I visit Miami again, I will be rebooking with Confidante everytime!

Amazing place to stay

We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

The space is slightly larger than the photos portray. I never felt crowded. The kitchen has all of the basics. The AC works great. The only downside is that the walls are thin. So if the neighbors are having a loud conversation or playing their music, you might be able to hear it. I would recommend for people to bring ear plugs if they're sensitive sleepers. The beach is so close and there is a Citi Bike docking station as well. The closest businesses are a 10 minute walk. The restaurants are amazing. You get a great mix of Cuban, Peruvian and Brazilian food. All of them amazing. It's a great deal and I would definitely stay again.

Great place, super clean walking in and the check in process was easy. The beach view was beautiful and quiet most of the trip.

Lovely location, and exactly as described! Beach was fantastic and not super busy. The restaurants nearby were fantastic! The little cafe next door was so nice to have a morning coffee at

The location is great as it's close to the main streets and restaurants, it's also 1 block away from a CVS and a Walgreens if you need anything for your stay. The place has a great view right out to the ocean and you could see the Miami skyline from the balcony. You are basically a hotel guest with access to all the amenities, but just don't get daily housekeeping. Would stay again!

It felt like home and it was truly comfortable.
