TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

This was the perfect romantic getaway for my wife’s birthday! We enjoyed everything about this beautiful, quaint location.

We loved to stay at Gloria’s place, it felt like coming home. We unfortunately had pretty bad weather, but the location with access to the private beach is priceless. Just so beautiful, with a nice view. The porch and the garden are spacious and ideal if you want to bring your dog. Gloria is a great and very friendly, responsive host. The beds are very comfortable and the towels nice and soft. We will definitely consider to stay there again.

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Cute, modern, clean place to stay! Loved how close we were to the beach and the boardwalk, we walked to the beach all 5 days we stayed. Host was super communicative and always got back to us within minutes.

Our family of twelve rented this property the first week in June with high expectations - all of which were met. The hosts responded immediately to a couple of questions and minor requests, and made sure we knew they were available should we need anything. The house was equipped with everything and more than you would need for a comfortable stay. The pool area was fantastic! The decks were a great place to hang out with comfortable seating and wonderful ocean views. Most importantly, the water pressure was great, the AC worked like a charm, and the mattresses were comfortable. There was an easy 5-minute walk to the beach and beach chairs were supplied. This house is located on the quiet end of the island and was nice for evening walks. The living area was on the top floor and featured more comfortable seating for visiting, playing games, watching TV, and family meals. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to a repeat visit!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

Kevin was an amazing host! The house was spacious and beautiful. About a 10 minute walk to beach. Close to Kure beach and the southern part of Carolina beach. Right down the street from the tiki bar!

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The location along the canal was so quiet and peaceful. We used the paddle boards and kayaks, and spent so much time outside at the the dock in the evenings. Our kids enjoyed fishing. We rented the golf cart for the week which made trips to the beach quick and easy. The house was very well stocked with paper products, condiments, and basic cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Mindy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! Tons for the kids to do (3 and 7 yo) and the condo felt very comfortable and clean. We plan to come back!

Absolute perfection! The condo is exquisitely decorated, incredibly well-equipped, extremely comfortable, super-clean, and on one of the most exquisite sections of coastal NC! We loved every moment - from coffee on the gorgeous balcony to walks along the tranquil shoreline - which is just steps outside the door. Our family of 4 cannot wait to return to this exceptional property, and we are so very grateful to Suzanne and Orsi for being so responsive, organized, and hospitable! Highly recommend!

Suze and John are such a pleasant couple and went above and beyond to meet our needs! They both are kind and helpful. They were prompt in their responses and in servicing an appliance need. The space felt like home and is definitely blessed! The view of the ocean and being able to walk right out to the water was wonderful!!! Very clean and organized. Just remodeled. Space was was super clean! Very responsive to our request for ice maker service Even provided 2 bags of ice to hold us over if repairs needed. View was excellant! We will use again
