House holiday rentals in Sunset Beach

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION One house from the beach. So easy and quick to go back and forth. The back deck was so peaceful. Morning coffee on the deck staring at the sea. We even made it into the pool. Enjoyed an evening cocktail sitting in the pool(no glass!) The house was well equipped and taken care of. Clean sofa that does not sink to the floor. I slept in the king room. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE. So many rentals have awful beds, no matter how much you pay. Stephanie was very responsive and flexible with check in and check (when available) I will definitely return

We will definitely be back! We loved the house! The pool was perfect size and the perfect cool down after the beach! Spacious outdoor shower which is a family favorite. Easy walk to the beach as she said and she thought of everything! Every toy , float, beach item was there to borrow. Bathroom was very clean, towels and linens supplied made packing easy. We felt at home❤️.

This place has everything you could want for a beach trip. A wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and even beach towels. The 4 block walk to the beach is easy but the golf cart made it much more fun. Public beach access with golf cart parking available on 17th and 21st. If you don’t like the sand, the pool and hot tub are enough. Even board games for rainy days. The only thing that could make this house any better is if it were oceanfront. Thanks again for the nice house to make more memories together.

We can't say enough wonderful things about Carolina Views! We loved everything about the house, but the views from the back deck were breathtaking! We saw such beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus plenty of wildlife (deer, birds, etc.) There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for additional people. The house was very clean with lots of thoughtful details. The kitchen and linens were well stocked. We took full advantage of the pool as well! The private beach access was a very short walk and never crowded! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! We would absolutely recommend Carolina Views to anyone looking for a beautiful house with amazing views!

From the moment we arrived at Tiger’s Pride, we knew we had found a true gem! The home was in a great location, exceptionally clean, had room for everyone, and everything you could think of needing for a few days at the beach was at our fingertips. We were only a 3-5 min walk to the beach and chairs, cart, and umbrellas were provided. Local recommendations were spot on. NancyPaige was responsive and easy to connect with for any questions. We loved this home and hope to visit again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at POSH! Location is incredible and the easiest quick walk to the beach (just across the street is the beach access). House is exactly as described and perfect for family gatherings - multiple fridges and dishwashers. The home was clean and well equipped. The private pool was great as well. Kerry was so responsive and kind. We will absolutely be rebooking this property again!

The house was very clean, new furniture and appliances throughout, and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location within a short distance to the public beach access. Holden Beach is a family favorite for us and we will definitely be keeping this house on our list for future stays!

This is our second visit in this beautiful house. Everything you need for small kids and the island is one of our favorite places! Great hosts! Great house! We will be back.

Nice small place that backs up to the waterway, great if you have kayaks. it’s only a short walk to 2 beach access points so it’s easy to get to the beach.

My husband and I were visiting my parents who just moved to Ocean Isle. They had a lot of out-of-town guest staying at their house so we decided to rent something of our own. Taylor‘s home was perfect! The house is clean, welcoming and very comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a relatives home we will definitely be back!

My family all loved Charlie’s house! It was a great layout for adults chatting around the kitchen bar while kids had room to play. Kitchen was well equipped and furniture was comfortable. Having the linens in plastic wrap was a nice touch and felt very clean and safe. The beach was really nice in front of the house. Climbing over the dunes gave us a good workout, but also gave us privacy from beach walkers, etc. Hoping to rent here again!

The space was even more beautiful, clean, and welcoming than the pictures depicted. I felt completely safe staying there with my young daughter. Parking and entry was super easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t be beat for beach time.

This is a wonderful home for your beach vacation! The house was extremely clean, very well decorated, and matched the photos. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and short walk to the beach access. The marsh views are also beautiful and the back deck over looking the marsh was so peaceful. We really loved the beach equipment and beach cart that was available for guests to use.

We loved the hammock house! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach easily and there were amazing restaurants and plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

The pictures does no justice. An amazingly beautiful home. The backyard is a relaxing oasis. James was very tentative in responding to our questions. My family and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We absolutely loved staying at Beachfront Bliss. We came to visit in April 2025 and were blown away by the proximity to the beach and ease of access. There are not many things more enjoyable than having the beach right out your back door, and that’s what Beachfront Bliss has to offer!! We had our kids with us, and their accommodations made our lives so much easier!! Plenty of kid-friendly plates and silverware, pretty childproofed without too much intervention. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach with your family, this is the place to be. Thank you Jackie and Marie for your responsiveness and hospitality!!

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Spotless interior with a well appointed kitchen and incredibly comfortable beds. We've stayed at dozens of Air BnBs and this one is fantastic! Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

We had a very nice week - the home was sized well for our family of 6. Easy to find and very responsive host. Well stocked kitchen as far as cookware and dishes - this was nice so we didn’t have to wash dishes constantly. There are a few minor repairs that need to be made in the home, but overall it was quite comfortable. We did notify the host who confirmed she would notify the property owner.

We contacted Kelly prior to booking to make sure it met all the requirements of the people staying with us, and we were glad that it did. Kelly was very responsive from prior to booking all the way through checkout! It was nice to bring our dog and have a large crate, dog toys, and food bowls already at the house for our dog to use. The bed in the room that I used (upstairs king bed) was so comfortable, and my kids really enjoyed the game closet and books available at the house. The house is about 7 houses away from the beach access (4-5 minute walk). It was an easy walk and the cart with large wheels at the house made it really easy to get to the beach each day. The pier is also really nice, and it is just 4 or so houses away. My kids and dad enjoyed fishing a couple of days while we were there. Overall, the house is a great location, and we really enjoyed our visit to Holden Beach.

Our family has gone to Oak Island every year around Memorial Day for the last 6 years and we've always been looking for a spot that we can return to every year. Nothing has been quite right. Until we stayed here. This spot has everything we love. Right on the beach with easy access. Great layout with big beautiful windows. Something fun for the boys to play (air hockey). Really comfy beds. Very clean. Walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. It was great. We will definitely be back!

Lisa & Ryan were wonderful hosts. Their house is beautiful, bright and spacious. The location is just a few blocks from the beach access which was really convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all of the provided amenities and recommendations. We would definitely book again when travelling to Oak Island.

This place is AMAZING! Steps away from the beach is not an exaggeration. We basically had the beach to ourselves our entire stay. The host is super responsive and kind!

Cannot say enough good things about staying here. Fred and Toni were great! Checked in with us & had quick response. Check in was super easy. The house was great size and clean! Big driveway and lots of amenities included. Would recommend to anyone staying in this area.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay here. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the direct beach access made it super convenient to go to and from the beach with kiddos. The beach area was very quiet and was not crowded at all during our time there. We also found our first shark tooth during our stay here…directly behind where the house is located. The house was very clean, and our kids absolutely loved the fact that that it had a bunk bed. We would definitely stay here again!
