Apartment holiday rentals in Sunrise Manor

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely complex. The host was super helpful, and the apartment was easy to get to and wonderfully located. We're definitely aiming to make a return trip!

Joe and Jean were great hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. Their place was a gem in the desert. The condo was immaculate and stocked with whatever you’d need. Walking distance to great restaurants and the village market. Saturday night had music on the water which was nice to listen to from the balcony, and once we were ready for bed, it was very quiet and peaceful when we shut the doors. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Thanks Joe and Jean!

Joe’s place was a perfect get away for a week with my husband. I loved the jacuzzi tub and the awesome shower in the master bath. In fact, this was one of my favorite bathrooms of any place that we have stayed. We walked to the Aria and other casinos easily and walked to the Arte museum. Having a full kitchen helped us have slow mornings because we had coffee and breakfast right at hand. I really liked staying off the strip, but close to the strip. Perfect. Thanks Joe! We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place, great location, amazing experience

Place was really cool, the free valet was a bonus and for some reason I like where the Trump tower is located on the end of the strip near the wind and encore. Beautiful view, the staff was great. I love the price, I would definitely go back again.

This particular unit at Palms Place was the very best I've seen. Its panoramic view of Las Vegas is complimented nicely by the pool views from both balconies. The one bedroom is fashionably furnished identical to the other one bedroom units in the hotel, which I love , along with some upgraded lighting in the kitchen & bathrooms. Unlike other units, this one is well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, etc. Everything you'd want for entertaining or for a longer stay. The 3 air conditioning units work perfectly and the one-touch fireplace adds some charm and ambiance you don't often see in Las Vegas. Both the king bed & fold-out sofa are unusually comfortable and with the black-out blinds, I could sleep for days. Check-in was easy, like checking in at any 4.5 star hotel, and communication with the owners was amazing. They care about your stay and are readily available if you need them. If I could chose only one unit to stay in at Palms Place, this is the one.

Lissie has been an amazing host. As this was my first time booking an Airbnb, she truly set the bar high. Her home is beautiful and totally worth it. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for her flexibility and attentiveness. She made us feel right at home and was clear with the rules and expectations, which is greatly appreciated. Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.

Great place to stay, gated community- location very close to strip - its behind middle of strip ( MGM ) taxi/uber cost to strip $10-15 during day, apartment clean , comfortable beds, lots of towels, clean linen , kitchen has all equipment needed, very quiet, nice pool view, security good felt safe. A/C keep us cool . Would recommend if you don’t wish to stay in a hotel . Glad we made this choice .

The place is clean and nice., it’s close to the strip. The host is a sweet lady and communication is efficiency. Definitely will come back for next time visit Las Vegas!!!

Calvin had a beautiful home and welcomed us with all the amenities. It was one of the best Airbnb’s I had stayed at.

Great location and we walked to Chinatown every day. I liked the big tv and especially the well stocked kitchen. Thank you! I will visit again.

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Sherman was an excellent host, very attentive and readily available. We had a wonderful stay. the grounds were beautiful. Definitely keeping the info to book another stay again soon.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

Truly a beautiful and family friendly place to stay and has everything you need! I will definitely use Eddie’s place again the future when I come back to Vegas.

Nice view; however, not on the strip. Place is great for couples. Nice and clean.

Amazing views and clean rooms! Looks just as advertised.

Enjoyed my stay. It was easy to find, a little bit off the strip and close to Chinatown (great food and lots of fun things to do) if you’ve got the inkling to explore a bit more of Vegas off the basic strip path. Smelled faintly of cigarettes but I’ve got a very sensitive nose and it faded after around an hour (likely just a smell settled into the building not a reflection of the host in any way). Was clean and nice. I’d recommend it for anyone staying in Vegas for any amount of time but feel it’s great for a longer stay. Affordable, clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Thank you for being overly accommodating with our change in travel plans. We have stayed here before and will continue to book with them for our trips to Vegas

Communication with Henri was great and very responsive. Place was clean and convenient to our destination. We were able to have hot cooked meals. All amenities included. Best part in Vegas everything is about resort fee and parking, none for this property. Would use this place again. Thanks Henri. 😊

I’ve stayed at several properties in Las Vegas over the years, and this has easily been one of the best, especially at the Palms Casino. The unit was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness and flexibility. Jessica thank you for allowing us to book last minute over Memorial Day weekend! It made our trip so much smoother, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Will definitely be returning again!
