Very satisfied! I recommend! Here are more details: The hotel is clean and good for the kids. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment could have been better cleaned (I'm not the only one who mentioned it) sand, dust...and no TV. If not, beach games and umbrellas available very convenient! Great place,great and responsive host. Always available for questions and very accurate and clear information. The complex is great ,the pools are clean and great. A great place to relax for families with children and couples alike. We will repeat for sure.

Words cannot describe how beautiful Dimitri’s villa is. Two families with two 5 year olds, had an amazing time and Dimitri’s communication was second to none. It really is a SLICE OF HEAVEN.

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

We want to thank Tatiana for possibility to stay at her place. We spent a fantastic week in an apartment with almost private swimming pool which is almost at your terrace. Communication was perfect, even there was a small misunderstanding with cleaning, but it proved how honest person she is. We arrived very, very early – received a key before cleaning and we received a return as we cleaned by ourselves. It was the first time we finally paid less… In other places we sometimes had to pay more, payments which were not informed to us before arrival. The place itself is very quiet, however there is a restaurant with live music etc.. It is located 1.5 km from the village with shops, etc. The distance to the sea is 8 km. Konrad

The studio is little but cute, and it has all necessities. The accommodation included free access to the pool area. Stela was very helpful and nice. We recommend it.

This is not the first or the last time we stop by Eugene's studio! I always like everything, we will definitely come again!

Excellent host. The apartment is located between Flower Street and Nessebar. Beach less than 10 minutes walk. Apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Pool /Jacuzzi/ bistro area very good. Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets that are cheaper than the Flower Street area. Can walk everywhere or there are local buses, mini trains, horse and cart to get about. You can even go on day trips via the bus to other towns. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.

The accommodation is in the first row on the Black Sea. You have a clear view of the sea from both the terrace and the two balconies and are about 15m from the water. The accommodation is part of an apartment complex. The amenities of the space are good. Thank you Marek for letting us be your guests. We had a great time with you.

Another visit to our favorite place. Great location, close to the beach and downtown,shop about 1-2 minutes away from the complex. Quiet and safe,great pool with gentle descent,perfect for families with children. Apartment equipped with everything you need. Balcony overlooking the pool. Great place for vacation. We hope to come back,thank you for a great vacation .

Good value for money. Amazing kitchen equipment, and a great yard . The only small disadvantage was that the water in the area is not really clean which makes washing the dishes a bit challenging. Other than that, the place was very clean.

The apartment is located in a good area. Comfortable and quiet. We worked remotely and the wifi has a very good speed. Ahha was a great and very helpful host. We enjoyed the white local wine she left for us.

We had a lovely short stay here and wish we had longer. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Chavdar and his son were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They collected us from the airport and drove us to the bus station on our departure day, even staying with us and making phone calls when our bus didn't arrive. we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend it to anyone! Lovely place. Good and dedicated hosts.

Mostly 5 stars, Martin is friendly and very helpful person and always available to contact. Maybe there are some minor inconveniences, the apts pretty small, it's ok for week or two, but still may not enough for family of three people. And it's pretty far from the sea, not very convenient to pass through the road every time. But the pool is good and always working, so you can always swim on it.

We were two families with two small children, two years old, and we had a great time.

We lived in this apartment for 12 days. Everything was just wonderful: both the apartment itself and the residential complex.

Great apartment in a lovely complex with everything you would need for a great stay

A short walk from the beach, just a set of stairs. Super refreshing pool, sun loungers by the pool. Spacious place, everything clean, parking by the place. For us, we review everything great and were very satisfied. We definitely recommend, the hosts were very kind and accommodating.

Surprisingly good place. This is two-floor appartment. There are two bedrooms, one per foor, they are actually both on the photos but they are so similar what makes it nearly impossible to distinguish them by the photo. There is also small separate kids bedroom. There are 4 inverter aircons. Effective enough. The place is aside from city which makes it very quiet. Disadvantage is, nearest supermarket is a couple kilometers away. There is a free street parking shaded by trees. There are free parking spots almost always. If not, park little bit further and repark after a couple of hours. Terrace is breathtaking. I'd highly recommend the host to provide a few sunbeds. It total, perfect place for quiet getaways.

I wanted to write a rewie the minute we came because the apartment has everything for a big family like us. The apartment is so big that our kids have played hide and seek for 2 hours :)) which gave us time to unpack :) kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking. The view was amazing. Close to the beach which is supercozy. Part of the beach with sunbeds (40levas for 2) and the other part without which we preferred. Close to the small supermarkets and 10min walk to the bigger one on the mainstreet. And the pool. Aaaaaw, the pool. amazing, clean. Just not for small kids that dont swimm. Krasimir was so nice, we got welcome bottle of tasty wine, kids got chocolate. check-in and check-out easy. thank you for the lovely stay and see you next time!

We spent a week with my man in Yuri's apartment, the apartment is nice and has everything one needs for a short vacation (except a grater in the kitchen :). We loved the place. It's really right by the beach, we were there in 2 minutes. We watched the sea from the balcony and listened to it all night while sleeping. The assistant Jurie Elfried worked out the check-in with us, who we unfortunately did not sit with. She lives in Burgas, and since we didn't want to drive her to Burgas on departure for 70 Leva, she didn't even come and we gave the key to her assistant on site.

We are a couple 70+. We stayed in Andrey's apartment during the first two weeks of September. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, all the necessary amenities were in place, worked well and the manual that Andrey put together was very helpful. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Nobody used the pool. We used it once. The water was clean. A slow walk to the beach took exactly 5 min. The close by food store was 3 min away as well as a large public parking. We cooked at home and have no opinion on restaurants. Andrey is a friendly and responsive host, promptly answered all our questions and gave useful suggestions. Overall everything was very good.
