Holiday rentals with a patio in Sunny Beach

Just returned home after a 6 day trip , the apartment and building area was very clean and maintained well by staff , the apartment was excellent and really comfortable with excellent space in both bedrooms and great air conditioning as it was really hot during my stay . The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds to rest and sunbathe . There was a nice supermarket across the road where staff were really friendly and the prices were reasonable for our cold drinks . The host was excellent through out my booking and even arranged transport to pick myself and friends up from the airport at a much better rate than doing it online . Wojtek was brilliant with communication and answered all my questions before I arrived and during my stay making things easy and straight forward . Overall excellent stay and great service from the host , will definitely be staying at this property in the future , thank you Wojtek .

I stayed here for a month with my son, the apartment is brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable , big table and comfy chairs to work at, internet was fast for Zoom and working everyday except for 1 in the whole month. It was solved immediately by Maxim who just brought me his own broadband while he fixed it, amazing host. Maxim really made our stay fantastic he picked us up from the airport, checked us in, responds to messages fast, he’s a great guy. The apartment is extremely quiet, very close to the beach, the balcony is lovely to sit on, see the sea and also you can dry all of your washing. One thing to note, the pool is not filled out of the summer months. The kitchen is very well equipped, the best. Lots of pans and cutlery, plates and bowls and all the appliances you need. I would 100% come back and stay here in the future.

The apartments are great! I was very worried that there would be something wrong - I read the previous review and thought that I might not like it, but it turned out that everything is the opposite - everything inside is clean, the view from the terrace is amazing, silence - only frogs croak and in the mornings you can hear birds singing. For me, the location was perfect - every morning I ran along the seaside - on foot for 15 minutes, but sometimes I just walked around the complex - there are a lot of coniferous trees, the smell from them is amazing! Inside the apartment there is everything you need, especially I liked the large bed with a very comfortable mattress! In general, I highly recommend this studio for a calm, measured rest. PS. You can buy the cheapest products in Lidla, which is nearby - you can walk. And if you have a car - then be sure to visit the new complex with thermal water - Numera. In general, thank you very much Nikolai for the warm welcome!!! I will definitely come back in the fall😉

Thank you, everything was fine. The apartment is a bit small for three people, but cozy. Aneta was very welcoming and responsive in communication. The presence of a swimming pool is a nice bonus, we visited it a couple of times. You can walk to the beach quite quickly. Thank you, Aneta!

Kateryna responded quickly to our messages. The apartament was clean, had everything what we needed. Is very close to the beach and in the complex are pools with slides, which are well maintained and perfect for the kids. If we return to Bulgaria for holiday, for sure we will come back to Kateryna's place.

The place was lovely and it had all the amentities presented. Including a washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron, absolutely everything you might need. It's within walking distance to the beach and supermarket close by. Neli was the best host ever, very proactive, helping us with everything we needed before the trip and during. A hundred percent recommend this place and especially Neli that makes it so much better. Would come back soon.

We had an amazing stay - the apartment is stunning, better looking and more cozy than what the photos are showing. The terrace is enormous and is offering a superb view of the surroundings. The host was there for us for everything we needed, recommendations on places to eat or entertain, we felt extremely well taken care of. We will be returning for sure!

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Wonderful house

The home is a real gem. In the pictures, not even detailed all the amenities. The check-in is self contained, with a key in a lock box with a code, own parking space in front of the house (you constantly see your car), the complex is closed and with CCTV. With controlled access (doorman with barrier at entrance). The villa is separated from the hotel area and among other villas, beautifully and tidy. The pool is for the use of the cottage only and is in the backyard of the house. There is a 1.5m fence around the cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a stay. There is a supermarket in the complex with everything you need from cosmetics to food and drinks. There is also a bar at the hotel complex pool with great cocktails. The villa is suitable if you want peace and privacy. Spacious and comfortable. There are many cats in the complex. Petty, not cheeky, they are clean. Communication with Alan was smooth. Everything was explained in detail. We left sad because we needed to stay! Thank you, we will be back again next year with pleasure.

We tried to live not by the sea, but “in the mountains” and did not regret it. Very quiet, cool at night, fresh air and no smells from restaurants. The cabin is very clean and cozy, there is everything you need. The only thing that ruined the rest a little - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. There are a lot of insects. Otherwise everything is great, lots of parking spots, quiet and polite neighbors. Sometimes a rose of winds brings nostalgic smells from a neighboring farm, this adds color. If you don't have a car, this is not your place. But if you are tired of noisy resorts, choose this option!

Tanya's apartment is much bigger than we were expecting and even better than the photos. Very cozy and spacious, has a long balcony (where you can leave any room) that overlooks the playground, which was very convenient - our children walked around, and we could watch them. The yard is clean and cozy. Two powerful air conditioners did a very good job with the heat. Tanya is a helpful host and a very nice woman!!!

Good vacation accommodation, comfortable enough for a large family or company.

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

Gregory is an exceptionally welcoming and lovely person. He was always available for everything we needed. Before we arrived at the apartment as well as during our stay, we had a great communication with him. We were impressed by his energy, kindness, and warm attitude. The greatest advantage of the apartment is the view. It has two balconies. One is on the east with a view to the sea and the swimming pool, and another one is on the west with a view to the sea, to the restaurant Cactus and to the street. The sea view is not frontal, it`s side, but it doesn’t make it any less impressive. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It`s equipped with everything needed for a pleasurable and relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi connection. The beach is below the level of the building, and it takes only 2 minutes to get down to it. This is heavenly place.

The place was nice, clean, cosy and very close to the beach (around 6-7 slow walk). It had the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in (my back is grateful for this!).
