The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. It is only 5 minutes by car to the lively harbor of the Hanseatic city, and you can reach the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Alte Försterei

The Alte Försterei is located in the middle of nature on the edge of the forest - ideal for enjoying peace and quiet. The apartment is very cozy and open. In the winter, it is particularly nice to enjoy the fire after a trip to Rügen or Usedom. In the evening, in the clear sky, it is worth going outside and admiring the stars in the deep darkness. In summer, children have plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors; from July, the swimming pond will also go into operation.

Arrival by train is also possible (to the train station on foot in about 5 minutes). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. An opportunity for an extra bed is provided.

We offer you a modern furnished apartment in Zarrendorf, at the gates of the island of Rügen. From here there are numerous possible excursion destinations. You can explore Rügen, the island of Usedom, Hiddensee Island or Darß/ Zingst. A city visit in Stralsund or Greifswald is also worthwhile. It can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has WiFi.
