Beautifully furnished apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built up as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, big shower and separate bathroom. Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80cm wide beds, one bedroom with bunk bed 120cm wide down and 80cm wide up. Sun from morning to evening. Parking for car under roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels available. Basic items, bedding/towels etc., can be rented for ENOUGH 100, -/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and café on the other side, traffic here can occasionally be experienced as noise.

Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Rennsunda - Sunny, wonderful view in Vegårshei

You have to drive a boat a little way to arrive at the lodge. It is located about 50 meters from the shoreline, and has excellent swimming right outside. It is no more than about 300 meters to a lovely sandy beach. It follows a small boat with the rent. The cabin has nice terrace and quite large grounds around it, and is the perfect base if you like a walk in the woods, or to fling out a fishing line to haul up some barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer days and long, light nights.

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Charming brewery house from late 19th century in beautiful farm surroundings. Here you have a short distance to good swimming spots, fishing spots, hiking areas, cafe and convenience store. Bring your breakfast out in the morning sun or enjoy the BBQ in the outdoor living room with evening sun! The firehouse primarily has 4 beds, but there is the possibility to add an extra bed if desired. 10-15 minutes walk from Neslandsvatn station. 2 minutes drive.

The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many trails. Rowboat can be borrowed. A lot of small fish in the river.
