Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built up as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, big shower and separate bathroom. Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), Refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging options through 12v photovoltaic systems. Fireplace with free wood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. Please bring your own bedding.

We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Lad batteriene på idylliske Hjartinn. Sovesofa kan slås ut for to. Tilgang til uteplasser hage. Grill, vannkoker, Nespressomaskin og minikjøleskap. Utedo med vaskeservant (ventilert snurredo). Bade kan du gjøre i et tjern i nærheten (få minutter å gå, 2 min sykkel) eller på Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (matbutikk) og kinesisk restaurant med uteservering finner du og på Tunet. Hunden Ellie bor i huset og jeg tar derfor ikke imot andre dyr dessverre.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Lovely place with a cozy cabin vibe. The kids thought it was very nice with animals in the pasture just nearby. Quiet and idyllic. Everything we needed was in the cabin and the host responded quickly to any questions. Recommended.

Amazing stay!!! We had a few issues with the new gas cooker but they quickly gave us a solution. The views were incredible and would 100% recommend.
