Was a lovely home to stay in

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The host was super quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and even though we are in our 50's, we played the arcade game a bunch of times - very fun. The outdoor area with pool was nice to hang out. We especially liked sitting by the lake watching to local fish and turtles come over. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The home and pool were very nice. The waterfall at the pool wasn’t on but someone came out to get that working right away. The neighborhood felt safe when we walked in the morning. We weren’t able to park in the garage which I overlooked because the listing mentions driveway/street parking available but I thought that was in addition to garage parking. A full length mirror in the house would be nice. There was one big circular mirror on the wall in the closet in the master bedroom but wasn’t central for all to use. We missed having tvs in all the bedrooms but that wasn’t a big deal. We did enjoy all the outside covered seating for meals and games. The note in the kitchen telling us how to tip the cleaners if we want seemed off putting seeing as we already pay a cleaning fee and are also responsible for doing cleaning upon departure. These are all small things I noticed but would happily book here again. It’s a beautiful home and a great host!

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

Derek’s listing if you can imagine is better than the pictures! Don’t hesitate you’ll regret not having a stay. The backyard is truly resort living and the amenities were fabulous. The house is centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores, Derek was very responsive. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would!

Ramiro and Natalie's felt like home. We spent a week connecting with family and their place was a relaxing home base. The home was very clean and inviting. The home had everything we needed and more. We stayed with our little dog and the backyard was perfect for him! The pool was perfect for hot Arizona days. We can't wait to come back and relax by the pool.

Mark was a great host. Check in was easy and pain free. Check out was by far the best I’ve ever had at an airbnb. This house is amazing. It is so big and beautiful. It accommodated 3 families without feeling crowded. The pool and spa was clean and refreshing. The sitting area in the back has misters and fans. Overall the house was beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. We will definitely look to get this house for all of our future trips to Arizona.

We had a lovely time. Beds were comfortable and the home was well maintained. It was nice to have the pool, though we have younger children and the pool had a pretty quick drop off, making the majority of the pool inaccessible for the younger kids. If you don’t have young kids though, the pool is great! Overall really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Plenty of room, a very nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. good location in western Phoenix area. Really clean! We were able to use the garage, very nice to be able to use when in Phoenix. Great host!

Eileen's house was easy to find and conveniently located for my dental conference. We also had great access to the freeway for great shopping and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that gave us lemons straight from their tree to make freshly squeezed lemonade. The house was just the right size for me and my mom and had everything we needed for our trip!

Absolutely loved the property! Great location to everything and very private. The swimming pool was perfect and Chelsea was responsive and helped me when I was needing information. Loved it

House is located in one of the original 55+ Active Adult communities. The neighborhood was very peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for. The home is very well maintained and was very clean. Nick was very responsive and great to work with. Loved my stay and would definitely recommend this home.

This house was exactly as advertised and pictured. The host was timely with responses even though they were out of town two time zones away. The property was great for our two large dogs. We reside in the PNW and I was worried about cacti and insects. The fenced back yard has a nice dog run free of plants which put my mind at ease. There is also a gate that blocks the bedrooms and bathrooms from access. This worked well when we had to run a quick errand to keep our dogs from having the whole house. Really nice place. Great host.

Nice quiet, clean place in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. House was missing a couple “normal” things like towel racks and toilet paper holders, but it wasn’t a big issue.

We rented Brett’s house while we closed on our own house in Sun City. It was in the neighborhood we needed, with a bonus golf course view. The space is comfortable and the kitchen is easy to cook in, which was important given how long we stayed. He was very responsive with a repair issue and handled it quickly. We would highly recommend this house for your stay in Sun City.

My husband and I have stayed at on Brigitte's AZ Acre Farmhouse property twice. The house is magnificent, clean, and a wonderful place to visit with our family in the Surprise area. There is so much to do on the property and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I can't imagine we would stay anywhere else when we come to visit. Brigitte is always responsive and helpful.

I felt so comfortable with how quickly the response time was. Our family was eager to utilize the space so a prompt response was so helpful! The house is so beautiful and we all loved the comfort of the beds. Better than home!
