We enjoyed this lovely, peaceful home. Being a historical home brought a touch of charm to it all. It was well equipped and very clean and uncluttered. The Wifi worked well and we were able to keep connected with family and friends, We loved the little town of Buena Vista and the ability to walk around and find some interesting, delightful places to drop in for coffee or have a lovely meal.

What a wonderful spot. My fiance and and 2 dogs and I needed a place to stay on our road trip back from Orlando to Louisville. This place is economical, and has the coolest surroundings. You drive a dirt road for about a mile before you come across this property. The owners introduced themselves, and then left us to our own devices. I loved that personal touch. As for the property itself, you cannot do much prettier than these surroundings. Our dogs loved exploring the grounds. The inside of the house reminded me of my late grandmother’s; so many cool Knick knacks and antique furnishings. I suggest staying here for a night, or for two weeks. :) A respite from the hustle and bustle of everything, this place is fantastic for a peaceful stay.

Great stay with Amy. Well stocked open kitchen great for gathering and cooking. Big, comfortable deck for lounging outside and enjoying the lake view. Two fridges for plenty of food and beverage storage.

My family was in town for my son's graduation at the Ga fairgrounds( 8 minutes away). Home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. We were able to cook, eat and hang out while also visiting downtown Perry (6 mins from most restaurants and grocery stores). Host was very responsive and made the process of checkin and out very easy. We were the 1st guests so that was also a plus. Additionally, there's an emergency room close by (can see from the backyard). Area is very quiet.

this listing was perfect for my family ! We were central to the area-- the neighborhood was safe and the home was beautiful - full of wonderful plants! Lannette was easy to work with sending info by text as well as email to make it easier for me traveling a long distance ! we will for sure use Lannette's listing again

Staying at Sheri’s place was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that she goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Sheri was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful, truly a top-notch host. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience she provides. Places like this are rare to come by, and I’m so glad I found it. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot to visit if you're going to see Providence Canyon State Park! It's super close-by and hopping in the sparkling clean pool after a hot days hike is an unmatched experience! We tossed the ball to each other while floating around with the tubes and had grilled burgers and watermelon! The home is spacious and comfortable for large parties and was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. 😁 Would book again.

We were in a horse show so this was a perfect private location. We loved being able to bring the dogs and know they were safe during show time. Although this is a one bedroom there's a great kitchen set up and two bathrooms. Large comfortable living room couch - although, no second bed for guests. We loved the view and covered patio. There are 3 homes for rent on property and hosts were great to work with. Just pay attention to the 10am check out time. We missed that and needed another day.

Host was really nice and quick is response. Super understanding. There were 18 of us and never felt crowded. The place is huge. The kids had a lot of fun running around.

When I first walked in to this place i was taken aback by how stunning and spacious it was. The place was very clean, neat, and my family loved it. This place really gave us the space to relax and enjoy coming back home to visit family. The host was also an angel as well and very responsive to all of our needs no matter the time of night. I will definitely be booking again!

Spent 3 quiet days/nights tucked into a clearing in the woods away from the daily hustle. Walking, exploring the property saw deer, armadillo and red tail hawk. Felt good to unwind & relax.

Very cozy, pleasant stay! Much nicer than I would expect a trailer home to be. The town is quiet, so we had to drive a bit to find dinners, but it’s a peaceful place to make home base, and it had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Jackline was very accommodating for my early check in. She sent me pictures of the location so I could easily find the camper. The large TV in the living room was great for the evenings I was exhausted and just needed to relax… on the heated sofa as well!! . I had one hiccup with the breaker tripping but it was due to me not realizing a candle warmer was plugged in along with the toaster oven I was using. She walked me through what to do and it was fixed. My FAVORITE part of the camper, the main bed slept GREAT. I melted into the extra mattress topper. I was showing a new horse so I was extra extra stressed. That bed sure did help though! I appreciated all the extras in the bathroom like toothbrushes and Qtips. I didn’t need them this trip but it’s certainly thoughtful. If I show in Perry again I will certainly book this camper!

I’ve stayed at countless Airbnb homes, and I must say Mitch’s Peach Palace is at the top of my list!! The home looked just like the pictures and it felt very homey and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. Mitch even had large bottles of body wash and shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. The snacks and water were also very nice touches. I hope this home is available every time I have to visit Perry.

The stay went well at this home. House was very well cared for and had plenty of rooms for us to use to accommodate our family. It is especially important to note that the abundant number of rooms made it easy to find a room for us to place a rented hospital bed for my wife who is quadriplegic. House location was convenient to all stores we needed and was just one mile from the family that we were visiting for Thanksgiving.

The place was very clean and restful. We enjoyed our time as a family together in quaint town. We explored the Little Grand Canyon outside of Lumpkin, found a cute family owned brewery called Omaha brewery. Check it out. We appreciate Jennifer sharing her place with us. Hope another family enjoys it as much as we did.

We had a great stay at Bhavini's place! Everything was just as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. Bhavini was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had all the information I needed and making sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
